Wendy's — Restaurant in Nanaimo

Without a doubt, the best Wendy's I've been to and I eat at a lot of them. This Wendy's comes second to the one at Tsawwassen Mills which is also incredible. There is a Wendy's in North Richmond that could learn so much from the amazing food and service I experienced here today.

The burger was flawless and beyond delicious (please see the photos), the fries were crispy and fresh. Treat yourself to a frosty, even on a cool January day, you'll sleep like a baby after.

Many Canadians don't know that they have low iron levels and a meal like the one I had today is sure to provide an iron boost (which helps with healing of injuries and weakness after heavy workouts).

This location is brand new and endless thought went into the layout, even the drive-thru is very well designed. All of this care made my time here relaxing, in combination with the blue-eyed cashier who smiled with her eyes when giving my order and this warmed my heart,...

Stopped by the drive thru the other day with my husband. The lady who was running the drive thru window was rude. Let out a huge sigh when we asked to change something. And while we were waiting the customer ahead of us wanted her to scan something on their phone. She kept handling the customers phone( who knows how clean that customers hands and phone are? Do they take it into the washroom with them? Do they wash their hands afterwards?) My husband and I noticed that she had disposable gloves on but didn't change them before she handled our food, or when she went to retrieve the extra napkins we asked for. Gross 🤢 I don't want to wipe my hands or face on these napkins. Cross contamination and food born...

Drove by to grab a cup of coffee and wanted them to heat the coffee for 30 seconds on the microwave as the coffee was cold. The Indo Canadian at the counter was very rude and claimed it is not company policy to heat the coffee and she cannot and opted for a refund before i could say a anything. I honestly don't understand this policy of not being able to heat up the coffee i just bought off their counter and took a sip to find it cold (luke warm). What was more annoying was the tone she spoke in, terrible attitude. Such people don't deserve to be in customer service. And terrible policy on Wendys to serve cold coffee and not even reheat it...
