Tl;dr: Overall I like the food, the staff, and location.
With it being a new location there have been some hick ups when you order, things like the wrong size of pizza, your veggies may be a little over cooked, the amount of your side could fluctuate greatly based on who was making it, the mobile app doesn't let you order from the location yet, that kind of thing.
That being said essentially every issue I listed has been resolved over the first two months (save for the mobile app not being up at the time of this review, but I'm assured that is coming shortly) and after a large staff change everyone I have dealt with have been excellent! Particularly Sarah and Jamie go above and beyond to make your dinner a great experience.
The seating doesn't feel cramped at this location compared to some I have been to, the sports bar is kept surprisingly clean even when things are busy, with a split off pickup area for when your orders the lobby doesn't get crowded, there is plenty of parking (with a reasonable amount of space to drive around still, even with a...
Read moreVisited July 12th. Our food took an age to arrive and, when it did, my fries were hot but the wings had evidently been plated too soon and had gone cold. Our original server had not checked in on us so we flagged down another server who eventually took the meal away and explained a replacement would take some time, as they were busy. The restaurant really wasn't that busy and obviously, even if it was, that was not our problem. While all three servers engaged fairly reasonably with my wife, their attitude towards me was frankly less so, and borderline unprofessional - I am Black, my wife is Caucasian, so maybe that was their issue. Two stars because the food actually tasted good However, the service was disrespectful and we won't be dining at Boston...

The air conditioning in the restaurant is quite intense. A bit too cold.
The service at this location is quite good. My server was efficient and helpful.
If you are unaccustomed to Boston Pizza you should know that this is a more soulless version of any of a number of US chain restaurants. This chain is apparently controlled by a Canadian ex-RCMP officer and offers a dining experience similar to receiving a highly professional traffic ticket.
A bland Sysco style menu designed foremost to neither offend nor delight.
It is also a very very poor value proposition. Your bill will be higher than you would expect for a similar experience.
Boston Pizza. The food is very bland and corporate. The quinoa bowl is...
