Brews Brothers Bistro has easily become our new favourite restaurant! We’ve been twice to eat in and twice for takeout in the last month. Let me say… we live almost 2 hours away - that should say something about how great this place is. Here is why we keep making the drive: -the food is amazing… it’s homemade and delicious with generous portion sizes -they cater to my Celiac disease; all but 3 items on the menu can be made gluten friendly! -the service can’t be beat. You will leave there filling happy, full, and wanting to return. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to your every needs -the atmosphere is casual and cozy. They have local artwork for sale on the walls. The high ceilings with huge crown moulding and the painted gold ceiling tiles add quite the charm -the prices are so reasonable! We felt like we were undercharged for what we got. We are always sure to leave a generous tip because everything is exceptional -their menu has a variety of tastes to suit everyone. They have daily specials including drinks, soup, entrees and desserts -speaking of dessert… they make the best cheesecake I’ve ever tasted! It’s real cheese cake;dense and delicious! They even make it gluten free if you need! We’ve also enjoyed the gluten free cinnamon buns to take home, warm up and drizzle with their caramel sauce… yum! -so far we’ve ordered the following (we had company join us so it wasn’t just us 2): pulled pork poutine, smash burgers, fries, their cali burger, spinach salad, pulled pork sandwich, ribs and mashed potatoes, quesadilla and more. Everything was top notch. -from our four visits if I had to choose just a couple favourites it would be the pulled pork, ribs, tasty homemade seasoned fries, in house made iced tea, and cheesecake. -I can’t forget to mention the fancy coffees though. We enjoyed their cappuccino last night. I had a caramel shot added to mine. It was so good and not too sweet.
Can’t wait to come back and try something else...
Read moreThe food here made me feel at home because it was made with the same care, attention, and detail I would have treated myself to if I had prepared it myself. The pulled pork sandwich was superb and the my husband loved his meatloaf sandwich. The Caesar salad that came as a side was so good I regretted not getting the full size, it came with homemade bacon bits and dressing. We had the dulce le leche cheesecake and it is the best cheesecake I’ve had anywhere. I normally don’t like the graham crust on cheesecakes but I scraped my plate this time.
DON’T FORGET TO GET A CHEESE BISCUIT OR A SLICE OF CHEESECAKE.
We will come here again anytime we are in Neepawa. Do yourself a favour a check them out and support a business that seems to care about their food and their hospitality.
I took off one star because they were swarmed when a large party came in and we didn’t get our biscuit until we were done eating our mains. I don’t blame them because it’s hard to maintain staff in this economy and they seemed to be short staffed when we were there for the amount of...

My wife had the Clubhouse sandwich, which received her "Mmm...mmm" seal of approval. She chose the Thai sweet potato w/peanut butter soup as a side. It was tasty too.
I had the Korean sweet heat crispy chicken sandwich,. It was very flavorful but perhaps a tad over cooked, as it was very crispy. The heat level was mild in my books but overall it was a nice balance between sweet and heat.
We were talked into trying the cheesecake, by the owner we presume. Billed as the best cheesecake in Canada, a claim backed by anecdotal tales of travellers from far and wide, it was indeed pretty fine, though I must confess that I am not much for cheesecake and thus my sample size is small.
Would definitely stop in again when next we're in or passing...
