Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Neepawa

In drive thru I was told my costume was cute when I said it wasn't a costume it was how I dressed I was laughed at. They then made a side comment about how "cute and chubby" my cheeks were (I am in no way a chubby person, I am in the underweight side of things currently so saying that I'm chubby feels extremely fatphobic.) And even if I didn't have problems with my weight it's still an extremely rude thing for an employee to say to a customer out of the blue. Then to later find out when my husband phoned that the manager hung up on him when he was trying to file a complaint.

The only thing good about this place is my drink. I'd say the food (because it was tasty) but it wasn't the right food so idk if what I'd ordered wouldve been good or not.

I will not be returning to this Tim hortons again.....the other day I just walked out!!!! So many employees and not One serving the counter!!!! I was the only one in line!!!! This is not the first time ....the service is terrible...another thing I witnessed a few months ago...a food item was given to a employee on break .......it was not theirs....the manager took the opened product .....to the person it belong to a CUSTOMER....She should of had a new one Cooked!!!!...I have been in the food field most of my life ....I would make most of your staff unemployed....maybe the rest would get it together....so 1 star ....I would give this business negative stars...and I only went in to get a coffee ....plus they where doing!!!!!! One staff member looked at me and went and wiped tables!!!...

THERE WAS A DEAD FLY IN MY COFFEE! I just had the worst experience of any I have ever had at any food and drink establishment I have ever been to.

After dropping my kid off at school I got my regular -- a decaf double double. I kept the lid on and only opened the drink tab when I got home, immediately drinking it.

When the coffee was 3/4 done, something touched my lip. I looked and it was a dirty great deaf house fly. DISGUSTING!

I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. They apologized and said they would talk to the team but did not offer any recompense, not even a new coffee for free! I'm not surprised because the staff here have absolutely terrible customer service skills.

Don't go here for drink or food unless you want extra protein in the form of DEAD...
