Cafe Lotus Bleu International — Restaurant in New Brunswick

We were on the road looking for a healthy restaurant or cafe to have lunch and a tea/coffee break on our road trip. My husband found this spot and we LOVE it. We’re heading back when we head home too. Their veggie sandwich was incredible and so filling. We bought extra veggie pate and we’re able to make our own sandwiches for days on the road. We also had their cream of vegetable soup and have nothing but amazing things to say again. You can tell they are passionate about their business with the way they prepare their food. The environment is calming too. Would recommend 11/10 and I just have to say it can be discouraging to not be to find healthy dining spots in general while on the road so we will share this little gem with the world!! We stopped into this little café on our way through New Brunswick last week. (We backtracked about 10mins on the highway to check it out because the reviews were so good and we were desperate for a quality breakfast). This place does not disappoint!

We LOVE going to café's and this one has some of the best coffee we've ever tasted! It's clear that the people working here love what they do and have a passion for good food and great coffee.

Nice vibes, friendly service, cool interior. Impressive 11 years of history. The place was already busy when we arrived 10 minutes after the opening and almost full an hour before closing - obviously people like it here. We were lucky to get some seats and enjoy ourselves. Very good coffee, tasty falafel sandwich, yummy pumpkin soup and beetroot salad. Can't say it was a mind-blowing taste experience but still definitely very beautiful food and well deserved 5 stars!
