Let me break it down like this. The people who like Tim's and swear by it are the same people who look forward to eating the pain bun PB & J in the field while trying to boost morale in a futile attempt refering to it as a "nice treat" and a "good supply of calories" (you know exactly who I'm referring to and don't you dare lie) and it never once bothers them at all that the bun doesn't split evenly down the middle and always does that 1/3rd broken piece on the top part that makes normal people question their entire existence in the blink of an eye because you haven't had your mouth strapped to the exhaust pipe of an LSVW on a frigid cold morning cranking it for 47 secs straight while it's coughing enough black smoke that you can smell the incoming CF98's before it finally turns over and your lips are blue and you're making about as much sense as someone who just suffered a stroke but this is how you roll on a regular basis and think it's normal because you have severe brain damage (you know what I'm...

The service was extremely slow, waited in line for about 20-25 minutes when the inside was not very busy, acknowledged the order reader blinking four orders as overdue for online pickup for about 10-15minutes but the line for that side seemed to take a long time for service as well.

When I was served, the attendant was curt and seemed annoyed with my order for a coffee and a muffin, they slapped the coffee down without a word and turned back to their business, but that part was fast.

My blueberry muffin was moist and the coffee was as ordered.

Low atmosphere as a cashier was on the next cash arguing with someone about their order, and most of the wait was spent listening to the people in back chatting as one person in front slowly and silently worked away.

Looking forward to returning someday and being able to order some breakfast before I'm close to being...

i don’t write reviews, I feel I need to write this one. I go to Cannex location Tim often. This guy Gourav Mr Singh always up to his game. I see him handling busy times and stressful situations very professionally. Always smile on the face. He always engage in conversation. Always get orders correct.

My personal opinion he is like life saver of this location. Before him my orders were incorrect sometimes during rush hours.

This guy is gem to your location. Do whatever to keep him longer. His service is great.

I would request Tim to give this guy a bonus of 200$ to keep him motivated. He would have saved more money to Tim’s making correct orders. Thanks

My friend is gone as per May/30/2025 and service is worst than poor.
