Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in New Minas

Went through their drive thru today, ordered their largest chicken deal. Got home and had nothing but 1 leg, 1 breast, and the rest was nothing but ribs and wings. The fries were cold and mostly hard. I called and all they though from a $75.00 order, was to offer me 9 pieces of chicken next time I am there. REALLY? We get Mary Browns at least once a month. This has been a very large eye opener for us. I will be calling their head office Monday. And New Minas store just lost our respect and business. I don't even want to leave 1 star. I hope no one else has to ever spend that much money at this store and gets $*@&$ for chicken. Very poor poor customer service. So...

We stopped in after a soccer tournament, it was 8pm and the restaurant closes at 9pm, the young man waiting on us was very friendly and helpful but the manager in the back cooking was hateful because she had to cook more chicken and was barking orders at the staff so load every in the restaurant was uncomfortable,I think she should take an update on management and how to treat paying customers. We stopped in here for the first time ever and found the experience pretty good. The chicken was pretty good the mashed potatoes were not real...most likely rehydrated, needed more gravy on them to make the taste and the cinnamon biscuit wasn't to our liking but the up side, the ravens at our house loved them🙂😂The princess was okay for what we got. We will visit another time in the future. Worth trying for sure if you're on a budget. You get more food here for many $$$ less than the restaurant next to it that seems to be...
