I can’t believe how disappointing this most recent visit was. Not only did I come into a back and forth disagreement with a customer and the man who seemed to be “the boss,” but my conversation wasn’t very pleasant either. I ordered 2 quesadillas, and not only is it now that they don’t have more than one size, but now the one size they do have isn’t 2 tortillas together anymore, just one regular size tortilla wrap folded in half and cut into 4 pieces… very disappointing paying $24 for 2 half quesadillas. On top of that, I wasn’t “allowed” to get sauces on my quesadillas, and I understand the reasoning(because it makes it soggy and “messy”, but I was not even given the option to put sauce on my quesadilla like I used to be able to. Every question I asked was met with a stern and rude “no.” And after this visit I’ve come to the realization that my assumption of a rude customer was wrong, and it was a disappointed customer because the customer service was absolutely garbage from the man. I have celiac disease and it is very difficult to find places, especially fast food places, that accommodate this dietary restriction and are safe for me to eat at. Barburrito does offer gluten FRIENDLY items that though are made with gluten free ingredients, cannot be classified as gluten free due to the risk of cross contamination.

My boyfriend has picked up food for us twice from here and has been served by Trupti both times and she really is the best!! As soon as he mentioned the celiac disease, she knew exactly what to do. She always goes the extra mile and does extra steps to ensure that my food is not contaminated and is safe for me to eat! As someone who has such a hard time eating out, it is such a nice feeling to have someone take that extra care to ensure that it is safe for me to enjoy a treat once in a while! On top of that she is super friendly and provides great service all around! Thank you so much Trupti! We will absolutely continue coming back...

The first time I ordered here I said I wasn’t gonna order again but I was feeling for it so I sent someone and we were disappointed. The large is literally the same size as the medium.... Literally just used a spoon to eat it. They do not know how to make burritos. This was done in minutes and it was 90% rice. It’s just horrible... can’t taste anything else and beneath ever bite was 4 spoons of rice. Personally I would never have walked out with this. 100% disaster and poor burrito making skills. Will absolutely not go back.

Got a message directly from the owner and they were quick to address the issue and provided excellent service!! The burritos they remade were excellent and colourful. Tasted like a rainbow. Well made and properly packaged... even had leftovers this time. A lot more flavour, I could taste and see the difference.
