My family went here to watch the Superbowl, have some drinks and eat some food. We reserved a seat for 6 pm We left at approximately 10 pm that is a span of 4 hours. We spent over $200 including an 18% tip. I was DD for the night so my father and husband could drink while they watched the game. In that time span my Father had 6 beers that is less than 2 per hour with food and while he had a bit of a buzz was still very clearly sober, no issues with his demeanor, speech or physical ability. Our waitress let us know at around 8 pm that she was going to be leaving and asked us to pay the bill and that someone else would look after us for the rest of the night, well I paid and tipped her despite us not being done. I wish that never happened because after that was nothing but problems and would revoke my tip for the horrendous service if possible. After she left no one came by to serve us for the rest of the night, my father went to go get his 6th beer at around 9:15, he had to walk over to the other side of the restaurant to get his own drink from the bar. Now keep in mind my father is hard of hearing and as a result talks quite loud, he paid for his beer and one for my husband, and gave a $5 tip for the 2 drinks. Before walking back over to our side a lady approached him and they were talking and having a friendly conversation, she asked if he wanted to do a shot he said sure and that he would pay for them. The bartender refused to serve him because he had "drank too much", despite only serving him that one beer and my father being in fine shape, apparently the waitress has shared this with the bartender Ashley prior her departure. Meanwhile, Ashley, continued to serve people who were obviously drunk, stumbling and nearly throwing up outside the restaurant while having smoke breaks. When my father questioned this server, Ashley, she then stated he was being aggressive, which he was not, he again just speaks loud due to his struggle with hearing. He walked away. This was embarrassing and unacceptable. We were on our own on one side of the restaurant for hours with no service after a 200$ bill and then to be treated this way for no reason is not right. I will never go here again and I will be sure to pass this along to everyone I know in this town. They should be ashamed this service they rush us for a tip, then completely stop serving us....

Read more(Edit: The Manager called, and kindly addressed my complaint. I have changed my overall rating since I feel that she was kind, and explained the scenario from the restaurants perspective very well, and also took my complaints seriously, which I respect very much. Thank you for hearing me out. I think I might come back and give it another try)
We walked in 2 tables of 12. I ordered the 15$ lunch special quesadilla which was a child sized portion with one slice of texas toast. it was a nice little snack, but not even close to worth 5$ of food. i've had way better quesadillas at fast food joints for what you pay for. $15 as an advertised special that came out looking like it did was absolutely insane. Regardless I ate my food which lasted no more than 30 seconds as it was about 4-5 bites of food, and asked for my bill.
The server, also ignored me after taking both my friends bills who were sitting right next to me as well(they needed to leave early), and then taking the the bill of the table next to me we arrived with and leaving, after i waved him down he assured he would only be a minute longer to which he did not come back after 30 minutes to cash out another table next to us which i then called out to him again that I was ready to pay, to which he responded he would be with me shortly. I waited for another 30 min before I gave up and put my coat on to go find another server to help me, which is when after about an hour of waiting to pay he magically showed up with a machine to the table and cashed me...
