This was my second time going to this subway, both my service and food were terrible. I had eaten half of my sub and taken a bite out of the second half and with that was a long brown hair attached to my sub. I call this location to see what can be done about this, I am asked why I would call about it as if it’s not an issue that there’s hair in the food. The Subway worker who was working alone then proceeded to hang up the phone as I was speaking. I go back into the store to explain that I was just on the phone trying to get help with this situation and I was hung up on, I show the worker the sub as I brought it with me and I am then accused of putting the hair into the sub myself, the colour of hair in the sub does not match my hair colour. The worker is talking to the manager on the phone at this point and I’m asked why I didn’t bring the other half of the sub so I could get a refund for the whole thing and not just one half of the sub. The worker then proceeds to tell me that the manager is on their way, when the manager gets there the worker is denying answering any call to the manager, the manager looks through the store security footage, and calls me a liar because there’s no footage of the worker picking up the phone though the manager had shown the worker something and the worker was more upset/discouraged after seeing it as if she had been caught. I was given a cash refund but after how I was treated I will not return to this subway and potentially no others either as Im upset at how poorly they treat...
Read moreThis Subway location deserves an award for being the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and outright discriminatory place I’ve ever walked into. My family were treated like inconveniences instead of customers. They politely asked the staff to change gloves for dietary reasons a basic hygiene request and were met with rolled eyes, attitude, and muttered insults under their breath.
And guess what? Other customers weren’t treated this way. So tell me what changed when it came to us? The vibe was crystal clear. The tone, the looks, the dismissiveness it reeked of racism.
I have been to a different subway even in multiple provinces but this Place gets a First place for being rude with customers. I'm pretty sure that all the 5 stars review are fake [Done by the staff itself, lol]
News flash, Subway: wearing a uniform doesn’t give you a license to be rude, and asking for clean gloves isn’t a crime. Your staff’s behavior wasn’t just bad customer service it was disgusting. We walked out, and I hope more people do too until something changes.

Read moreIt bothers me that only one person is ever working the sandwich line - it takes for ever to get food even if there are just a few customers in the store. I have witnessed people express their frustrations and even ask for the person in the back to come out to assist but they were told No! It is poorly managed. I was stressed and in a hurry with 4 young children and with a few other customers in the store and there was still only 1 person making sandwiches - and we all knew it would take too, too long. One couple literally walked out behind my two kids in line knowing it would take too long. The service is not very friendly and the subs never taste that good.
