Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New Tecumseth

First time ordering at this Pizza Hut in Tottenham location. I was very excited because it’s a fairly new location. I live across the street and what I should have done was pick up the order myself, but I chose delivery. I was given a estimated arrival time of 6:45pm which changed to 6:50pm, then changed to 6:55 to 7:05pm I called at 7:05pm and was told 10 more minutes the driver is on his way, pizzas never came, then I called again was told driver is on his way, pizza came at 7:25pm the 3 pizzas I purchased was not worth $40, it was not fresh, the crust is what I look forward to but this time, it didn’t taste the same, it was very chewy, undercooked, and pizza tasted like it’s been in a box for a full hour. Sadly, I’ll never order a pizza here again. It wasn’t a great experience. There is no point giving estimated times of arrivals if it’s not going to be in between or near the estimated times....

Ordered three times here and had problems with pizza being undercooked and I only complained the second time it happened because I’m not one to complain but when family was over they wanted to order from here as there is not much around. The pizza was fine still could’ve been more cooked but cinnamon rolls were practically raw and doughy/unedible. I called and the guy said he checked them and I said not possible they are extremely doughy and translucent and he said he’d call me back in 1 hour to see what he could do and never did and he sounded like he didn’t care which he should because you shouldn’t be sending out undercooked things. As this wasn’t the first time. Last time ordering from this location I tried to give it chance but even poor customer service skills especially for being in the wrong you should’ve fixed the situation not run away...

I recently visited the Pizza Hut and had a fantastic experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offered a great selection of pizzas.

What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was perfect. The team worked efficiently, and their positive attitude made our dining experience enjoyable.

Overall, I highly recommend this Pizza Hut location for its great food and excellent customer service. I look forward...
