Worst drive thru experience, online order and instructions was to pickup from drive thru. Waited in drive thru for over 1/2 hour and was told to go inside the restaurant to pickup! Hear the person in front of me arguing the same point, then the person behind me! I notice most people in the drive thru all stated to show up in the parking lot! Now waiting the in the lineup outside the restaurant in the rain! Once inside they tell you we r still waiting for your food! Over 1 1/2 hours and still no chicken!!!! What else to you sell beside chicken!!! The store manger instructed the poor part time drive thru guy to delivery this message!! The manger did not speak to no one or put a sign outside on the drive thru to state this or just take the option off the online ordering! Simple and no mad customer! There were some very irate customer that couple hours that I was there. Was there just after 4pm and still outside waiting for my prepaid food @ 5:49pm!!! Calling the KFC customer service and online hold for over 20mins too!!!! What a joke!!!! I think at this time might be easier to get Lysol’s or Sony PS5 lol! last time...
Read more3 teenagers came in and ate, left minor garbage on the table. The manager screamed at them as they left, he hung his head out the drive thru window to scream at them further to come back and "clean up their mess". The teens came back, picked up the drink and tossed it, without argument. The manager continued screaming at them stating he had screamed at them about this "last time" too.
You're in Canada now buddy. Get used to it. Service is baked into the price of the menu items. Those kids were polite and respectful, and even if they weren't, it's YOUR job to clean the restaurant - NOT your customer's. I told you off today, and if I ever hear you scream at customers again I will call the cops on your aggressive behaviour. That is not acceptable in this country.
Head office needs to address this man immediately. He should not be given a position of management. If he treats his customers this way, how is he treating the staff?

My daughter went at 6:15 the set time to pick it up. First they told her they didn’t have the order. She then had to go in, there goes the whole no contact pick up option. She showed them the confirmation email. They then proceeded to “make it”. It was cold considering they just made it. The pieces were cut in half except for the drumsticks. There was a tear taken out that fry boxes lid. The sides were not full in the containers. The strips were so salty and the chicken drenched in grease. I get it business are hurting but so is the consumer. We spent $65.00 for a Mother’s Day treat, that’s a lot of money these days for a lot of people.
