Around 11am, I went to Leslie Tim Horton with my mother. I'm not sure if the cashier is new or not ( but she kept messing up with our order), but we made an order for 3 sandwiches with 3 hashbrowns and 3 teas. As we made the order, the cashier was going back forth with one associate who seemed to know what she was doing and kind ( Ethel was the kind associate). My mother and I repeated the order to make sure the cahier got it all. The cashier seemed to keep correcting our order a couple of times after we completed our order. As we got the items, my mom thanked them. I checked in my car, and if everything is there, I noticed we didn't get the receipt, and one hash brown was missing. I swear as we were ordering, I thought I seen on the screen 3 hashbrown and I said 3 hashbrowns too . I went back to get the hashbrown. As I went in there, the cashier said she only ordered for 2, I told her we asked for 3 hash browns, and we confirmed with her several TIMES. She and one of the people behind ( preparing the food with blonde hair) was telling me I ordered only 2, when I told her no we ordered 3. Just because your screen said it is, it's not what we said, it not my fault the cashier didn't take care of the detail and not punch it in. At this point, we went back and forth, and I gave up because it was pointless for a measly hash brown, especially in a busy place, and without a receipt. But I will never go back to this location ever again! The one preparing the food was rude in a condescending matter, she too busy wanting to prove she was right. Firstly, I have frequently received incorrect orders at your establishment, which is incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, particularly one employee whom I believe to be a regular, is deeply disappointing. Read moreIt happened at 5:30 pm. The drive through lady was very unprofessional in customer service. She let us wait at the order kiosk for 5 minutes without talking to us while chit chatting to her colleagues with the micro on so we can hear she was gossiping about non-business things. After I reminded her several times and she then told us there was no drive through mobile pick up available at the location. I told her we did mobile pick up via drive through before and verify with her re the address. She said she didn't know the address. She said there was no mobile order can be found etc. only order they do is uber. And then she said the mobile order show up and didn't tell us what to do.. I have to repeated myself several time to make sure we can drive up to pick it up. When we drove through, there was no cars before and after me. After I were done, there was line up after me. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing, what the store located and what the services the store has. Very disappointed and she didn't dare to deliver my drink.
