I just pulled up to this spot for a late-night pickup, and what I saw blew my mind. There were like 6 people ahead of me, and I’m thinking, “Aight, this gonna take a minute.” But nah — this dude behind the counter (tattoos on his left arm, you’ll know who I’m talkin’ about) went full beast mode. I’m talkin’ sub-speed legend status. It was around 10PM, so he’d clearly been grinding all day, but the energy? Still on point. He was slicing, stacking, wrapping — all while keeping it cool as hell. No stress, no slowdown, just pure efficiency. He handled the whole line in what felt like seconds. I’ve never seen a sandwich artist move like that. Other places move like they’re in slow motion compared to him. Respect to this guy — not only is he fast, he’s chill, professional, and clearly takes pride in the hustle. This is exactly the kind of energy that makes a spot worth coming back to. I don’t even care what’s on the menu anymore — if he’s making it, I’m ordering it.

Also, there is a tall employee there, really skinny, wears a baseball cap and glasses. Looks like he's Greek or Portuguese. All I want him to do is make my sub. I don't want him asking me personal questions about myself. I have seen him blabbing customers' personal business out loud. It embarrasses people.
I just want to come here to eat and get my sub made. There's a difference between pleasantries like Hello, how are you? Then there is crossing the line and getting too personal with clients.
Just stick to making sandwiches.
For the positive, the owner and his wife are amazing. They really have amazing customer service skills and know how to treat their customers.
I would gladly come back here as long as I am not asked personal questions from that one staff member.

Read moreI've been coming here for years. I think it has changed management/ownership recently. Staff is not very friendly.
Since this location has changed ownership, the customer service has turned from great to appalling. When I asked a question about the food, the manager's reaction was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. This isn't the first time I've been treated poorly at this location.
As you can see in other recent reviews, the manager seems to have difficulty dealing with customers. Be careful if you have any complaints about the food, he might quickly lose his temper with you.
