Gambler’s Pizza — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Decided to order from Gamblers after a few years of not ordering from them because the pizza went down hill. Should of listened to my gut and avoided this place at all costs. I ordered a large two topping pizza with wings. Picked up the pizza and when I got home the pizza was completely raw and uncooked.

My wife called to complain and they asked if they could remake the pizza for us to which we said no problem hoping that the new one would be better. My wife picked up the pizza, checked it at the location and it appeared to be cooked. However, the cheese (which appears to be extremely processed) was loaded on so thick it did not melt on the pizza. It was extremely heavy and greasy.

My wife was so grossed out she wouldn’t eat it. I wAs hungry so I decided to have a slice, as soon as I took a bite into the pizza it was completely uncooked…again. I think the problem is they overload it with cheese that the pizza has a hard time cooking.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. So many other pizza places to order from. Save yourself the money and the hassle of getting not one but two...

We recently tried Gamblers Pizza, and it's safe to say we've found our new go-to spot! Everything we ordered was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The pizza was a highlight—the crust was perfectly crisp and chewy, and the toppings were incredibly fresh and generous. I really wanted to give this pizza place a try, and write a stellar review. Rather than picking the more popular pizza places around, we decided to order from here. We ordered the pizza tray with 30 wings. Got home, and half the wing order was wrong. Eventhough we went over the order 3 times on the phone. I got mild barbecue, rather than medium Buffalo. The wings were good, just not a fan of not getting what we ordered. Also we paid for extra pizza toppings, but seemed very sparse. The Italian sausage isn't what I expected. The fresh meat sausage is usually what we get, but these were tiny bits of a dried cured sausage. Crust was good. Overall disappointed that it wasn't up to what I would expect for a Monday night, as it didn't seem busy, so I really thought I would of got what I paid for. Also it isn't Christmas anymore, unless you're celebrating in July. I would update your store, didn't set off a good impression when I walked in. I hope it's better next time, if we decide...
