I was recently interviewed , hired , offered a full time position. When I showed up for my first day of work , I was informed that I was not being offered full time (despite the job offer call the previous day which stated full time). This was due to a "communication error with a new manager" , after I was told this news, I was naturally a bit upset as I left a job and turned down two others specifically because it was full time. But I decided a job is better than none and figured id accept the absurd 5-8hrs a week they were offering. Because I was a bit upset about this (which did not affect my performance) I was told I wasn't being enthusiastic enough and that it obviously wasn't a good fit, without taking my opinions or questions into account, on top of that they actually attempted (or implied) Id be charged for a uniform. Completely unprofessional behavior. You lost out on a hard working dedicated employee. I guess thats why you hire teenagers who don't know any better. Ive filled a complaint with the labour board and Better Business Bureau. Shame on you for completely wasting my time and causing me undue stress and humilation, Thanks...
Read morei wish i could leave 0 stars. i use to be a regular at this pita pit location but service has really gone down hill, portion sizes seem to have gone down by at least half and employees are rude. the last 3-4 times i’ve ordered on their app/ online i’ve gotten either someone else’s order or it has been made completely wrong, when going in to order i need to repeat myself multiple times before staff listen to what i want and overall pitas are just made poorly and it’s not worth the headache or the money. when i finally complained about my last order the staff told me to come pick up a new one even tho that wasn’t convenient for me as i work 10 hour days, when i did get my new one it was worst than the first… a large pita ripped in half and wrapped separately, it was completely inedible, soggy and a complete mess. safe to say i will never return. oh and also, don’t bother with their overpriced pita chips you only get a quarter of a bag and they’re always stale… not to mention staff cut them without gloves in...
Read moreMy cousin and I visited Pita Pit for lunch yesterday, this being his first experience. We were both highly impressed with the staff Melissa and Alex. The level of care and concern that was shared was a fine example of who you want operating your business. When it’s time to add the extras to your meal, I always advise the ladies to make as if you are eating it yourself. No allergies or restrictions. I say you have made more wraps than me today so you have a better idea of what to add to it. This is how you know someone likes the work they do, the flavours mixed with a smile is experienced thru the dish they prepared. Some would say it’s only a sandwich , easy to do. Maybe but the care you put forward reflects the food that you make. This is a different level of service. This has nothing to do with sandwich making and more to do with character of these two ladies that we both recognized. Well done, you will see us again. Stay awesome and keep smiling,...
