Sunset Grill — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

An unpleasant, expensive meal. First off there were several open seats all over but we were sat directly beside the entrance , then waited way too long just for our coffees. Ordered breakfast and was brought my breakfast minus all the changes or extras I paid for, after pointing this out I got the slight eye roll with a ugggh like it was my fault. Then 7-8 minutes later my food was brought out correct this time, but eggs were cold, toast cold and soggy and tbh I was already over it. I ate what I could stomach and gave up. When I tried to voice my opinion I was looked right past and basically ignored, not even a simple apology. I will admit this was one of the first times ever! I opted to not leave a tip whatsoever, not for that 40 something dollar dissapointment of a “breakfast” smh . Sunset Grill you need to step up your game. Went in May 3 at 815 am 3 of us, wasn't very busy sat down at a corner table . Was never acknowledged once. The table behind us left got cleaned, people sat there and had their drinks . Still no one came over to us. A table came in on the other side of us and sat down got acknowledged and ordered drinks. We sat there for 20 mins my husband went up to the server and asked if someone was going to come over we have been sitting there for a while. It was a small young dirty blonde haired girl with braid pigtails. She said " that's not my section ". My husband turned away and walked back to us and you said let's go. As we are walking out she called to us I was just going to come over . We said forget it. We'll give somewhere else our business. My husband brings alot of clients there for breakfast . Not anymore . This was my first and last time there ! Absolutely horrible...

It is such a shame you have somebody like Sue (curly blonde with glasses) at this place. My buddy and I came for a takeout and was asked to come back in 10 minutes to pick up. When we went back inside in their suggested timeline, all servers ignored us for another 10 minutes until this woman Sue came only to tell us in a rude manner to wait and she will find out the status of our order. Then she proceeds to go serve people in the patio and give us more attitude as if we are impatient. Another girl tells us it will take another 10-15 minutes, then Sue goes “now you can relax and wait”. The whole encounter I had with Sue was so unimpressive, unprofessional and rude. It is really a shame people like her are in this service business. I am in all in for supporting small businesses but I do not support anybody with that kind of poor and terrible attitude in...
