My mom and I had such a wonderful experience at Istanbul Doner House Niagara! I called around 9:20 pm to see if we could still dine in since Google showed their closing time as 11 pm. They kindly said yes, but when we arrived, we realized they actually close at 10 pm. Even though we got there just 5 minutes before closing, the staff welcomed us in without mentioning that they were already closed.

From start to finish, the hospitality was incredible. The team was so warm, caring, and genuinely welcoming—it felt like dining with family. One staff member spoke Turkish and another was Pakistani, and both made us feel right at home. They stayed back just for us, cooked everything fresh, and let us enjoy our meal without any rush.

The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, reflecting Turkish culture in such a cozy and authentic way. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. We were so impressed when they mentioned that they had only been open for 3 days!

I don't even know were to start from. staff working with no gloves. very unclean not hygenic. tables dirty, counters dirty were food is getting prepared. We have ordered one chicken doner sandwich and çiger sandwich and çik kofte as appetizer. We have placed the order, 20 minutes for app to arrive. tested dry, no flavours and small portion for price. afterwards chicken plate arrived. which we have ordered sandwich not plate. we did explian the situation. Server took the plate brought inside for staff, the same exact plate brought back by different worker cold. the other plate did not even arrive until 20 minutes.
