Whiles visiting Niagara Falls we decided to stop by Queens Coach Family Restaurant for dinner. Being Vegan & Vegetarian we found this place via Google reviews. A few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Niagara Falls we found this hidden gem. A warm, homely diner with great attitude. Ample parking and beyond expectations service. Travelling with a dog one of us had to sit and dine in the car as the rest dined in. I was impressed by the detailed attention and service by our server Jodie who ensured that my partner ( sitting in car) got his meal delivered in person and even went out a few times to check in him. I was amazed at the large Vegan options available and the effort they make to ensure peoples preferences and food choices. It’s refreshing to see old ideas and food adapt and change to accommodate all, specially in places which are traditional. The Rye marble bread was so delicious and I enjoyed the simple toast with butter and jam. The food was overall good, nothing spectacular but filling and wholesome. What I loved the most was the Service, it was warm welcoming and accommodating. That’s what defines a good from great restaurant. Would give 7 stars for service if I could. Simply wonderful !

I've only gone twice for breakfast this year and both times my toast was hard and crunchy. It wasn't warm by any means and I believe they're making the toast too early to be put on the plate. Considering it takes very little time to make toast perhaps they can wait until closer to the dish being ready PART 3: so I went today for breakfast with the family and the server brought us our drinks and gives me a little kids cup but gives the teenagers at our table the big cups. That was just the Start of it as I feel for the most part she ignored me. She continued to come ask everyone at my table if they wanted more coffee or iced tea (I had water) but wouldn't acknowledge me! I finally got her attention with her 3rd round of coffee for everyone else (which she put the pot right beside my face!!). Our server was being extremely careless. On the plus side the toast was perfect 👌 and the hashbrowns were the best I've ever had from there. Update 4: again a kids cup for 2 grown adults... it was filled once and only because we had to track our server down. Breakfast is super busy depending on what time we go. Why not just give the grown ups the bigger cups?!

Looking for vegan friendly place to eat some good meals and came across this place and decided to give it a try. The place may not be most modernly decorated but it has its irresistible charm. The welcome was warm and on we were attended right away. The servers are very attentive. Got us coffee and it was hot to the point and perfect flavour. Ordered a Tofu Scramble platter and a Pancake platter. The food came quickly and it was freshly prepared. The marble rye toast perfect, half an avocado, some cucumbers, some tomato slices, freshly fried potatoes, and scrambled tofu topped with Cheeze. The scramble was good and Cheeze plenty. What the tofu perhaps needed is some light spice and some onions or other veggies. The pancakes came with apple sauce, and vegan butter. They were good as well. Just a little less fluffier than the non vegan ones. The service here is impeccable and can easily beat even the star restaurants I have been to. The food is very good and amazing vegan options. Would love to come back for lunch/dinner.

Queen's Coach - A Vegan Oasis in Niagara Falls!

As vegans, dining out can sometimes be a challenge, but our visit to Queen's Coach was nothing short of a culinary delight! This charming restaurant not only offered a dedicated vegan menu but also delivered an exceptional dining experience that had us returning not once, but twice during our 4-day stay in Niagara Falls.

The food was an absolute revelation! Each dish was a masterpiece of flavors and creativity, leaving our taste buds dancing with joy. From appetizers to desserts, Queen's Coach demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to vegan excellence.

What truly set this restaurant apart, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. We've dined in many places, but never have we felt more at home, as if we were part of their family. A heartfelt shout-out to Joe and Joanne, who went above and beyond to make our visits memorable. Joanne, if I recall correctly, you truly are the "smiley face bag lady" who brightened our days!

Now that we're back home in Florida, we find ourselves missing not only the exceptional food but also the wonderful people at Queen's Coach. You've left an indelible mark on our hearts, and we can't wait for the day we return to enjoy your delicious vegan offerings and your warm, welcoming...

Today, I came to Queens Coach for breakfast. Prior to coming, we read reviews and their menu as having "vegan options" was obligatory.

"Vegan options" is an understatement. The menu has 4 pages of amazing options for both breakfast and dinner. Being a "non-vegan" I opted out for a vegan dish, obviously skeptical of it. I ordered the "carriage special" (which includes, tofu scramble w vegan cheese, 2 sausage patties rye toast and home fries) and my friend, The funky Monkey (Homemade Belgian Waffles x2 loaded with vegan chocolate chips, bananas ans chocolate drizzle) But in all honesty, I was definitely something I would again.

They even offered us oat or almond milk for our coffee which the oat milk paired very well with.

The portions were very generous in which, we could've shared just one.

The best part of the overall experience wasn't just the company or the food. The waitress (Rebecca) made our experience not only memorable but, also a great one. She was honest about her opinions of the options on the menu based on precious client feedback, and after disclosing, she used to be a vegetarian which helped us to trust her decisions when ordering. She the most friendly, and relatable person who could turn your morning into...

My first and last time I order take out. First of all , the intake didn't get my order right. The 3 slices of bacon wad worse than fast food bacon. The scrambled eggs were most definitely made in properly. I asked for very little potatoes but got so much it's going to waste. So , I would check out your take out before leaving if you don't want to be very disappointed like I am. It took 2 minutes to eat the bacon and eggs. To follow up, the owner replied to my review. Unless the owner was on another line , Barb word is it. So now I feel like they are calling me a liar. When Barb called me back I told her it was the product that was awful but you don't see this in the owners reply. It has nothing at all about cutlery or maybe she didn't hear me, maybe. They reach out to me twice by calling me at home. They did offer me other products but I said no because I'm having a new issue, and just now at 5pm the owner called me back. This is the third phone call. Not every company get 5 star reviews but I feel staff does not like bad reviews. The worse part is made to feel like a liar, but like I said, if you don't want to be harassed, check your takeout before accepting it, at this restaurant and others. Kind...
