Rolly & Bubbly (Portage Road) — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I went to Rolly & Bubbly on Portage Rd in Niagara Falls, Ontario, that recently opened! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The service was exceptional, and I even had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who shared their passion for their craft.

I went with my girlfriend and her family. I got the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream rolls topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry popping bubbles. It was amazing I highly recommend this flavor. I'm definitely going back for this one. My girlfriend got Mango ice cream rolls with fresh mango and mango popping bubbles. This was an absolute hit as well. They also tried the Ferrero ice cream rolls topped with chopped nuts and brownie bits. It was a fun experience as we got to watch as they created and rolled up the ice cream. They took pride in their craft as they waited to see our first bite and made sure it was to our liking.

The location itself adds to the charm of the experience. Nestled in the heart of Niagara Falls, it's the perfect pitstop for locals and tourists alike.

Overall, my visit to Rolly & Bubbly was an absolute delight. Great service, delightful ice cream, and a friendly atmosphere—it's a winning combination that I can't wait to experience again. If you are in Niagara, you definitely must check this...

I wished I could give a great review. Unfortunately the wait was long 20 minutes to get served as the place was understaffed. It was so bad that during my wait there other people waiting after a while and not getting served they left. There was only 1 person working there. Meanwhile 2 men and 1 woman walked in who were I believe the owners. Despite the long line ups, they didn’t even help to serve customers.

I give it 2 stars to the girl that served us. I had a coconut boba and my friend a mango boba, they were good and she had good customer service but the establishment itself gets a -5 stars.

Me and my sister went here to have the rolled ice cream. It turned out really delicious! I absolutely love how creamy it is. They are very generous with the toppings you can pick as well. You get two free toppings and a free sauce topping! The only negative comment I have is how the water that they put their utensils in for rolling the ice cream was pretty dirty/cloudy (had residue from previous customers ice creams) I just hope it gets changed out often.
