I absolutely love Negash coffee. The first time I went in there I was just starting with grinding my own beans and was lucky enough to run into one of the owners. The guy was super helpful and patient, recommending the espresso beans as a good starting bean and even going so far as to let us have a quick peek at their roasting machine in the back! He even offered his business card if I ever wanted to do a coffee tasting. The employees I've run into seem really friendly as well, as the last time I was in I asked the barista for a recommendation for beans that would be great in cold brew and got a fantastic recommendation.

To this date Negash is my go to for buying beans. Their espresso beans are fantastic in a moka pot and their safari blend is really good in a french press. While I regret not taking the young gentleman up on his offer for the coffee tasting, that hasn't stopped me from buying a different type of bean every time I go in. If you're in the area and looking for a good cup of coffee, looking for good beans or even looking to get into coffee then...

TL;DR: Good for beans, most of the time

Hurts to put three stars to this place as I have been a customer now almost since they opened their doors.

Pros: good local roaster, nice location, nicely done up and decorated, plenty of room and seating, usually quick and helpful with service

Cons: Selection of beans steadily getting worse (don't fall in love with a particular blend, keep an open palate), had the stalest and most expensive... was it banana bread or a scone? Brewed coffee is priced well but I can't in good conscious tip someone for a simple drip brewed coffee but I also don't want to not show some gratuity, but the coffee is also not as good as home brew. Has occasional...

I meet Adam the owner on August 30th we talked for a bit and he gave me a sample of the coffee they make He was very nice and we had very good conversations 😊. My review for this coffee if I could give it 10 stars I would ! It was the best coffee I have ever tasted. Soooo full of flavour not bitter at all. I got the medium roast as a sample. I loved it so much I bought myself a bag. Another good thing about this coffee is it's so many health benefits to it. I really like that aspect. It's also very affordable in price and on the bonus like I said I am supporting a local business which is better then supporting a huge coffee chain.

Thank you Adam for the wonderful coffee...

Who knew that one of the coolest coffee shops in Manitoba was in Niverville?! My son and I stumbled across Negash Coffee by accident and we're so glad we did. The staff was super friendly, prices reasonable, product excellent (latte and Oreo frappuccino), and the interior incredibly trendy! It's been awhile since I've been to Niverville but can see myself coming here more often now that Negash is on my 'destination dining/drinking' list (aka worth the drive!). Looking forward to my next visit already (probably tomorrow...)

I love the coffee! I have relatives in this town and I insist they bring me some when they visit me in the US. The coffee shop is very upscale- even the bathroom is amazing! I was so excited to finally get to come to the store today to buy some beans in person. I was disappointed when the lady behind the counter had zero knowledge about the different varieties of coffee being sold…. Don’t worry though I still bought 4 pounds of my favorite coffee.

Thrilled Niverville has a specialty coffee shop! I have wanted to try this place since it opened, just haven’t had the opportunity until recently. I had to try their Frappuccino after seeing it in the Coffee with X event last year, it’s dessert in a cup…mmmm! The barista was lovely and very helpful. I’ll be sure to stop by next time I’m visiting family there. HIGHly recommend this place if you’re in the area.
