Drive thru window repeated my order correctly for 1 coffee black and 1 bacon rancher wrap. I got up to window and paid by debit (tap). Young girl handed me an ice cap drink. I told her I ordered one coffee black, and she said to pull over and she would bring me my order. A different fellow brought me my order, but I had to ask him how I would be refunded for the difference in price. He did not know that the girl had made that mistake and I guess she thought she could forget about it and move on. I must be old because I believe we should try to correct our mistakes when they are pointed out to us. Young people don’t hold themselves accountable for anything anymore. The fellow went inside and got me my refund for the difference and I drove away happy, only to find that my sandwich order was wrong by the time I removed the piece of sausage that I had not ordered , and had no serviettes to clean the mess up. I was too ticked to go back. And I don’t think I will ever...
Read moreI am truly not exaggerating when I say this, but every single order we have gotten through the drive-through, something has been incorrect or missing. After the first three times that this happened, I called and explained - they told me I could come back and get those items which I did. But their response to me was also “you need to check your items before you leave in order to make sure they are correct” i’m not going to open up my wrap to make sure that they didn’t put an egg in it, when I asked for no egg.
Yet again, our order was completely wrong. Perhaps there needs to be some sort of person in charge of ensuring the orders are correct, because we come from a 15 minute drive and don’t often check until we get home.
I understand there are bigger problems in the world, but when you are paying for something and you don’t get it MULTIPLE times, it’s really...
Read moreWhat is going on with this establishment and training protocols? More times than not the orders are completely wrong, the staff lack customer service skills, and they have limited selection on timbits and donuts. The biggest issue is the staffing and lack of customer service and professionalism. I myself worked at a Tim Hortons for years, it is unexpectable and disappointing. The staff don't greet you, when driving to the window, I said Hello, the staff member barely made a response and had a flat effect, I paid and while putting away my debit card (without a word of warning) an arm was sticking out the window with my coffee, I recieved it and said thank you and....nothing, the window was shut. Good staff are a direct extension of good management. I would definitely consider changing these standards and practices, this Tim's...
