First time placing an order. They didn’t ask for my name or phone number. Lady said one hour delivery time what you want. When I tried to explain my address that it pops up twice on google the east side and west side. She ignored me said order placed. The driver won’t find my address even after I tried to explain it . Terrible service and they didn’t even bother to ask for my details. They didn’t even give me a total on my order no idea how much it will cost they didn’t ask for my name or my phone number either they didn’t ask how I will pay for food either..: my very first time ordering from them will also be the last. I’m considering calling them and telling them to cancel the order. I cancelled my order but I had to call 3 times just to do it. They let the phone ring over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. It rang 14 times before the call was disconnected. Just terrible staff and terrible customer service. I was even helpful and tried to explain my confusing address. They ignored it and brushed me off. Very disappointed in this place. Used to go here every other week for almost a year with amazing pies that were topped perfectly, with every bite having each topping in it until my husband caught the owner trying to rip him off. Called him out on it & the guy bans husband. We stop giving business completely. Almost a year without ordering their pizza & was requested by kids, so I order the usual pizza we used to get. Literally hardly any toppings on it & tried to cover the lack of toppings with a crapload of cheese! Each pizza was supposed to be four toppings & each should have at LEAST two different kinds of meat and majority of the pieces had maybe two little bite-sized pieces of meat.. Couldn't taste anything other than cheese! Even asked for extra sauce & still tasted nothing but cheese. Absolutely disgusting & for sure will not return ever again. Rip us off twice & try to get away with it? A pleasant little surprise My husband and I were on our way home and googled for donairs along the way. What an incredible surprise this place was. Not only did we absolutely love our donairs which were full of delicious meat and veggies but they happened to have an open mic. (Every Sunday night). While we waited for our food to be prepared, we actually had the opportunity to listen to some live entertainment. There was a comedy act, which was so so funny. I even had an opportunity to sing a couple songs. The other customers there were so gracious and welcoming to the individuals on the open mic. Highly...
