McDonald's — Restaurant in North Battleford

I stop by the McDonald's drive-thru nearly every morning for an iced coffee and a muffin to start my day. While I’ve had issues in the past with my coffee being bland—even when I ask for extra cream, sugar, and light ice—today they finally got it right, which I appreciated.

However, the experience quickly went downhill. After ordering, I was asked to park in stall 3 to wait for the rest of my order—which turned out to be just the muffin. I assumed it was still being warmed or baked. Ten minutes passed with no update, and I was about to drive off when an employee came out, asked if I ordered a muffin, and then accidentally dropped it on the ground. She asked if I still wanted it, which of course, I didn’t. I requested a fresh one, and after another two-minute wait, I finally received a replacement—only to find it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for days.

It’s disappointing to wait 12 minutes for something as simple as a muffin, only to receive one that’s clearly not fresh. I hope the location can improve its consistency and attention to...

Came in yesterday around noon , bathrooms were absolutely disgusting in both the men’s and women’s with overflowing trash bins, literal crap on the toilet seats in the women’s and multiple other patrons just walking out in disgust. It appeared to have been quite some time since they were serviced properly.

When we ordered food for dine in there wasn’t a clean table to be found in the restaurant and again overflowing garbages and a half stocked condiment station. While waiting for food it was overly apparent that the drive thru took precedent over any dine in orders as there was no attention to the orders at the front counter. My order was cleared off the pending screen for over 5 mins before receiving it and only after a worker asked why we were still standing there did they realize they forgot to fill our order did we get anything.

Im not pleased with the order i received. We came through town and stopped for a bite to eat paid for a Big Mac meal with medium fries and a large Coke Zero and a cheeseburger happy meal. With a separate large sprite. Got back a stale Big Mac with almost no sauce. The fries weren’t salted at all. And got a large root beer. For the happy meal the fries weren’t salted and they were thrown in the box upside down and instead of the sprite we got a large water. AND. while we were waiting for our food one of the employees let there whole family into the kitchen without uniforms. In flip flops and regular clothing.
