I had my last visit yesterday at this place around 6.30 PM evening. I wanted to order one 9" Pizza with a deal of $9.99 (hungry lunch deal). I have been a frequent customer to this place for the last three years. My previous experience at this place was amazing. I usually buy any veggie pizza with ongoing deals. Yesterday there was a very bad experience with the person who was in front. I ordered one 9'' Pizza online and there were four toppings added in the deal which were Mushroom, green pepper, red onion, and tomato. The pizza was Veggie Lover's. I requested that person in front that I don't like mushrooms, could you please remove it and add another topping like Jalapenos. That person was explaining to me that if you want to add another topping, you need to pay for it. I asked If I remove one topping from my pizza, will you deduct the price for that topping from my pizza? I just asked to remove Mushrooms and add Jalapenos and the person told me that he was the manager here and he was a very rude and arrogant person. His name is Michael. I ordered many times from Domino's. They never made silly excuses like this. If they made any mistakes some time, they apologized and gave me full credit for full large pizza many times.
First time I saw this person in the front. Generally East Indian staff and other staff used to work and they're very polite and very good in nature. But this person was very arrogant and again and again he was just on the one point that you need to pay for it. He asked me if you want extra toppings, but you don’t want to pay for it. I said I am ready to pay but If I am removing Mushrooms from pizza and for mushroom, I would like to add another topping. But that man was very mad and didn't know how to satisfy customers. I don’t know how he became Manager in Pizza hut.
My last visit was so terrible, the person whom I was dealing with doesn't really know how to treat customers, talk with customers, react with customers and how to satisfy them. He wasn't even thinking about what I am speaking with the person and what he will think about it.
I have never seen this type of person in this beautiful country like Canada. I am happy to pay the fare price, but I can't deal with a bad attitude, extremely rude and highly arrogant person. I will share this bad experience with my friends also. Franchise owner/ Company / Regional Manager should invest some money on people's training on soft skills about customer services and relationships. I accept the quality of Pizza hut is really good but sometimes for this type of silly excuses people like me really got heart.
I sincerely request to the management, pls do needful and take some necessary steps. Don't waste loyal and genuine customers for just single topping was just asked for replacement.
Thank you and have...
Read moreI have been a frequent visitor to this location and have always appreciated the polite and professional service from the staff. However, my experience on August 20th at 8:20 PM was quite disappointing due to an encounter with a staff member named Gwen she was working at the front Counter at POS.
Upon my arrival, Gwen informed me that order would be ready in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for a total of 40 minutes just for one order, Despite the prolonged wait, Gwen did not provide any updates or apologies for the delay or advised me that it can take long time. It felt as though the situation was handled knowingly, with an air of arrogance and dismissiveness.
Moreover, when the order was finally handed to me, Gwen neglected to mention that a drink was included and that they were out of it. This lack of communication prevented me from requesting a substitute. Her behaviour throughout the interaction appeared rude and very arrogant even she mocked my body language in a way that felt both arrogant and discriminatory.
This experience was particularly disheartening because it did not reflect the respectful and dignified customer service I am accustomed in Canada. I believe that the franchise owner, company, or regional manager should consider investing in training staff on essential soft skills related to customer service and interpersonal relationships.
While the quality of Pizza Hut's offerings is commendable, such experiences can significantly tarnish the brand's reputation. I hope that steps will be taken to improve service and prevent future occurrences of this nature.
After this terrible experience i will not recommend this pizza...
Read moreNot sure I will be returning. Ordered drinks, floaties in the drinks. We were given plates and had 2 with food on it so I sent them to the kitchen, not a big deal, it happens but he never returned to the table so I never had a plate to use. Waiter quit coming to the table, I went up front to get take out boxes, one worker was on the phone taking an order, while the waiter is standing about 10 feet behind him ignoring me and chatting with his buddy in another language. I went back to my table. Thankfully the man who was taking an order on the phone came over to our table and got us take out boxes. When I was paying I was chatting with the one worker who actually helped us and the waiter finally comes up and when asked why he didnt bring me plate he says "you had 12 plates, you didnt need more", we had 10 plates. I sent back 2..... Lids do not fit the salt and pepper shakers, so be very careful. Pepsi or coke, not sure what it was tasted horrible, waiter never came back so we could tell him. Food was good (besides not much cheese on the breadsticks with cheese), service was horrible, dont think we will...
