TacoTime — Restaurant in North Battleford

Was nice to find a good restaurant where there was truck parking allowed in the area. They had a unique menu item called the bannock taco. I am always game to try things I may never come across again.

Place was quite clean and service was quick. I was a little disappointed a Mexican fast food place had no jalapenos. Lol!

It was nice quiet place to relax and enjoy lupper. Think late lunch or early supper.

The bannock taco was a trainwreck. I don't know what to call the bread like thing on the bottom, but definitely not bannock. Portion size was small and shallow. Cheap bland tasting processed cheese sauce was used instead of real cheese.

It was more like some French bun filled with lettuce sprinkled with a little ground beef and cheese concoction poured on.

No way was it worth 7.99 plus tax. Owner has made it clear they want to push out small portions and big price tags.

I am still starving and have gone back up and ordered the 3 Amigos street tacos. I hope this goes better.

Nope, I asked for beef tacos and what I got was lots of lettuce and some corn and beans. I found a small trace amounts of minced meat of some kind.

To conclude even although Taco Time is one of my favorite restaurants, this location is a swing...

After waiting over 30 minutes at Quesada in North Battleford without even being acknowledged, my girlfriend and I decided to give Taco Time a try — and we’re so glad we did!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an enthusiastic and warm welcome from a staff member named Om Patel. His energy and hospitality were truly outstanding. Even while handling other orders, he maintained eye contact and made sure we felt acknowledged and attended to right away.

I asked him for a drink recommendation, and he confidently suggested the mango drink — now my new favorite! He also recommended the quesadilla and burrito, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service made the entire experience even better.

Huge kudos to this local business for hiring passionate individuals like Om, who genuinely care about their work and the customer experience. I’ll definitely be recommending Taco Time North Battleford to my clients and look forward to returning soon.

Terrible service. The lady at the front was super rude. It took a good 10 minutes to get our food (it’s meant to be fast food) and once we got it, we didn’t receive all of our items. They forgot to give us our drinks AND our hot sauce, once we mentioned this to the lady she gave us a rude snark and didn’t even apologize. I will NOT be returning.
