Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in North Battleford

Pay attention to the number of one-star reviews for this place – they come by it honestly. I ordered three pork al pastor tacos and watched them use only one small spoonful of meat for ALL THREE TACOS COMBINED. Also, I ordered Guacamole on my tacos and can honestly say they would have had more avocado on them if the staff had just waved the taco above an avocado pit. This place is incredibly stingy with the amount of filling in their tacos, a common complaint from many, and to get just a normal amount you must pay more.

The ladies filling my taco started arguing with me claiming that the tacos would be filled up with all the other filings. The problem is that I wanted a pork al pastor taco, not one filled with iceberg lettuce. I got tired of the arguing and the obviously cheap attitude toward customers and left.

2 of the 3 quesadilla's were pretty good. The 3rd, she started on the grill as she went and made a burrito for another customer. It burnt extremely bad and the whole place smelled like burnt toast... It was still served it to us, when we politely asked if she could remake it as this one was burnt, she seemed quite upset that we were not satisfied with the burnt quesadilla???? When delivering the remade quesadilla, she was quite rude, and unapologetic. As we sat there and ate our meal, kept getting dirty looks from the server, this made the meal pretty unedible as we no longer felt welcome... Sorry but when a customer pays $11+ for a quesadilla, if you mistakingly burn it, just apologize and remake. Not the customers fault you burnt it...? Would like to try this place again but not sure if I will be back...

Eating Quesada at NB for more than a year now almost once a month-never had any problem with anything! We just absolutely loved the customer service all the time

However Yesterday we went there for dine in and while making out burrito we asked for extra sauce as usual and shockingly the east indian male employee refused! We offered we will pay for extra sauce! Still he refused!!

Upon asking the reason he mentioned the owner might be watching him from camera and owner doesn’t like to give extra sauce to customers!!

I am not sure whether he was right or no but anyway this shouldn’t be happening! Who refused the extra sauce in burritos!!?

Won’t be going in until this will be actioned by the owner or manager!!
