Boston Pizza — Restaurant in North Bay

The manager or owner called to reconcile which is nice to see that someone kinda cares. Offered me a free appetizer or pizza which I declined. I wont be back Food was cold, stale and disgusting. Ordered nachos and they came out cold and unseasoned. They look like they had been made two days ago, but then the server told us they were made in the morning, but they serve them to customers cold as p*ss on a plate at 11:30pm. So these were made at 9am and served reheated at 11:30? WHY? The ground beef was grey, cold, unseasoned, and totally hard and disgusting. We ordered a 2nd nacho and it was the same thing. What a joke. We only had to pay for 1 though. It takes 10 minutes to make fresh nachos with fresh ingredients if your staff prepped correctly.

The men's washroom was also unkempt. Paper towels overflowing out of the garbage by about a 36 inch pile high on the counters. Toilets full of waste and urine...looking clogged. The whole bathroom was so disgusting I felt I was more sanitary not to touch anything and not wash my hands. The sinks were wet and dripping onto the tile floors which were filthy.

The lighting was about as welcoming as a highschool cafeteria. At 12am watching fights in a bar you would expect the lights to be low and mellow, not 'closing/clean up' time. Made it a slog to watch until nearly 1am with interrogation lights.

The thai bites were literally just a cut up chicken breast on a plate covered in thai sauce for $11.99.

Even the waiters look unkempt in faded, old wrinkly ill fitting shirts...it looks like they got ready for work in less than 2 minutes.

Just sad to see these places deteriorate into sub standard booze bars that wouldn't make the grade in Mexico or El Salvador.

Take some pride in your work. Taking friends there for a fight that drove 3 hours for a visit is just embarrassing.

Our waiter was polite and personable. But he screwed up every order we made because the bar staff was understaffed and he couldn't remember our orders. For almost close to $200 ...why go out anymore or at least to places without pride or seem to have given up on any type...

Our server on Wednesday February 28th was so rude right from the time we sat down. At first she questioned the 5 children and stated I was told no children. Then we waited close to 40 minutes to order, we had to go ask for someone to come take our order, the restaurant was empty there was only 2 other tables due to the weather. When placing our order she had a rude comment for almost every person. She waited until we ordered to tell us they couldn’t make the beef dip due to quality of meat and price, then we had to scramble to change our order. Then when a special request was made she said the kitchen didn’t like that and they were getting in trouble for doing it and she didn’t want to get written up. When the food came out 3 people didn’t receive their meals. She didn’t come back for almost 20 minutes at which time we told her we hadn’t received our order. She told us the system glitched, which makes no sense since it didn’t line up with how we ordered. She came back and told us they would rush it. Another 20 minutes passed before the missing orders came, sandwiches were cold and we didn’t get the app we ordered to come out first. At this point we had been in the empty restaurant almost 2 hours, we were standing with coats on waiting for our bill. We were offered 10% off our meals, the manger on duty never came to our table to apologize or check on us. Absolute worst experience ever, we could not wait to get out of there. We will also be calling to speak with the day manager. We were just shocked at how this person is in customer service. She also yelled at...

Well, I was looking forward to dinner out with the family. Ordered a French onion soup and was very disappointed there was barely any cheese on the top, like really? pic attached! I never had a French onion with no cheese before and no there was none inside the soup either. Most places have it running down the sides of the bowl, hardened crispy cheese is the best part IMO. Then I ordered the Boston brute, food came out it was a burger not the sandwich I ordered, the gravy had a dry skin on top as seen in the pic, very disappointed thus far. I was told she made a mistake as both are Boston's Boston burger and Boston brute!? So they did correct it, the sandwich was there within 5min, well the sandwich wasn't what I expected either, the cheese in it wasn't even melted almost cold to the touch, I'm assuming it was because they tried to rush the food out, but I would have rather waited another 2-5min and be able to enjoy my food. Didn't eat the sandwich took it to go after a few bites. I had a Pepsi my son had a Dr pepper both drinks were flat wife had a ceaser that was the only good thing about this dinner.

So to say the least I was very disappointed and will not be going back to this location. The worst Boston pizza experience I ever had.

The waitress was nice and understanding she apologized for the mix up. Was also disappointed that we were never even offered a discount or anything for this...
