Read moreThis has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. I went twice giving them the benefit of the doubt. First Tim I ordered a coffee XLG triple triple, received a horrific burnt smelling drink which took about 15 minutes to get. Second time I went the CSR's taking the orders dont talk to you, they wave both their hands way up in the air like baboons and seem to find it difficult to smile or even say hello. I ordered 3 sandwiches and a bagel, 25 minutes later they finally passed me my order which had 2 wrong sandwiches and the bagel wasn't even close to what was ordered. So I decided to count the employees. 2 working the drive thru while 1 makes those sandwiches, 2 taking orders while 1 makes those sandwiches. So far that's 6 people. I noticed 7 others standing around just kickin it behind the counter and how ever many were in the back. So minimum 13 in the front and how ever many cooking in the back. Worst experience in my life. Head honcho needs to do their part and go to this location to investigate and do some extreme training. I'm from Albert where the Tim Hortons have 1 working the drive thru 2 working the counters and 1 making sandwiches. That place is packed outside the doors everyday and I still seem to be able to get inside order and receive the best service within 10min. Something needs to change. Hope you care enough about your customers to take action. I will never go to Location: 975 McKeowan Ave, North Bay, ON, P1B 9P2 ever again. Very...
Read moreThis is the most unorganized Tim hortons I’ve ever been to. I’ve personally worked in a Tim Hortons before. I’ve never left a review anywhere, but I hope someone sees this and decides to get their staff in line. I’ve spent a half hour in the drive thru before. Just this morning, I asked for 2 medium drinks. An iced coffee and an iced cap. They slammed the window on me after I asked for an additional straw because I have sensitive teeth. I waited and they just looked at me. The lid on the ice cap wasn’t even on so i spilled it all over my car, because it was like water- which indicates they didn’t allow the Java mix to sit and freeze for long enough. I just drove away. It’s just the little things. A smile would be nice from staff at least. I understand everywhere is short staffed. But man. I can’t get over how rude and unorganized this location is. I’m surprised head office hasn’t...
