These people don't care about you as a customer at all. A while back we ordered 180$ of food and the delivered. We paid delivery plus good tip and they forgot part of the order. We called and long story short nothing was done. Today my wife picked up 90$ worth of the 18 pc meal with extras. Got home no fries. Gravy but no fries. Again, I called, after being on hold for 5 min the lady comes back and asks for my order again then on hold for at least another 5 minutes then a guy comes on and asks me for my order. Told him again the situation and back on hold I go, then they hung up on me. I wait a couple minutes see if they call me back they don't so I call again. Now I'm a little irritated and the girl puts me on hold once again for a couple of minutes then the guy comes back on the phone and tells me after putting me on hold for another couple of minutes, will give you a credit for the fries for your next order. I said no I want the fries now we're trying to eat and I think you should deliver them. He proceeds to tell me that they can but I would have to pay the delivery fee. Are you kidding me seriously, the advertise free delivery for God's sake. So I said no it's your mistake and he puts me on hold once again five or so minutes goes by and the hang up on me again. Moral is, I would suggest going somewhere else I've had better luck with the Lakeshore store than the Algonquin store in the past. I own a business and we make mistakes which we do we have to correct them and it does cost us money sometimes. I have literally driven an hour and a half to deliver a forgotten item or two to a customer at one point. Beware nothing wrong with making a mistake people forget things I am completely aware of that. However customer service plays a good role in a successful business you can't satisfy everyone but in little situations like this it's quite easy to rectify. Summary, do yourself a favor and go...
Read moreMost of the time i dont leave reviews since i work in the restaurant business, but i have to be honest my experience tonight has been the worst that i have ever seen. i made my 80$ order and got it in 4 minutes which is fantastic time for an order the problem was the chicken was cold the gravy was so watered down it wasnt even gravy and the frys tasted like they were 20 minutes old. Now to be fair they had skip order and call in orders ahead of me and i understand this but when i called to bring this disgrace of a food experience to their attention i was dismissed as a irrate customer looking for a handout i wasnt asked to bring in my food to show them just dismissed as someone who works at another restaurant close by if my boss heard i did that to a customer I'd have to 1 pay for that meal then I'd be fired. you have lost a customer for life kfc!!!!!! thanks for letting me keep my money in the future for a business that deserves...
Read moreI loved Kfc. But over the last year the quality of this place has gone way down. I truly feel as though they need a health inspector to double check the quality. They are certainly cutting corners.
I ordered a meal for 5, but was only allowed 3 dipping sauces, no biggie, but in the middle of ordering the staff started squabbling with each other. So I stepped back to give them a moment. Three minutes later we resumed my order.
The food... Could not even eat the fries they tasted stale and were mushy. The chicken and Chicken tenders also Mushy. And barely luke warm. The gravy had settled oil on top which I had never seen before.
Feel like we were stolen from for the price you pay...
