Fox And Fiddle — Restaurant in North Bay

How is this place EVEN allowed to operate! How do I give the food a negative review. We ordered burgers in an empty restaurant there were a few people at the bar but no tables and no one eating. We sat down and ordered. What came to the table was NOT a beef burger it had a strange smell and colour and the texture was odd. I tried to explain to the waitress there was something wrong and I didn't think it was beef. She was so hyper and wouldn't listen to us. She kept going on and on about the humidity in the kitchen and that the burgers can't stay together in humidity. I said thats not the issue, they look and taste funny and she said I know I told them they look like DOG FOOD. What the heck, who says that. You've been waiting for your meal you get some weird patty that your told is beef and the server says its humidity and it looks like DOG FOOD. She says do you want something else. I said we will share a small caesar salad and eat the fries that come on the plate. THEN we get the bill and she charges us for ONE of the burgers, I said no way am I paying for that garbage, she replies but you ate the fries. WOW I was upset. ATE THE FRIES you waisted our time and fed us garbage you should be giving us fries you should't even charge us for the small caesar salad. So I am too upset to stay and pay, I leave my mom to do it. I would have tipped the server she is not the owner, she is not the cook but I didn't because she LIED about how much the salad was. She said I kept the burger on the bill because the salad is the same pice. So first she left the burger on because we ate the then it was because its the same price. The salad is NOT the same price, the Burger is 19.99 the salad is 13.99. She charges for the salad and a gravy we never had. We never ordered or asked for gravy, she just wanted the bill to be the price it was before the burger came off. DO not for the love of god eat at this place. My next call is to Public Health in North BAY. She said they hand make those burgers if they are cutting them with soy or bread crumbs I don't know. I took photos I will send those along to Public Health corporate. All these chains should be run the same and have the same standard of quality food. We paid 67.00 for three pop 2x Small caesar salad, 1x potato skins, 1 side Mayo(Yes they charged for mayo) and a gravy we did NOT order or eat. BTW they still allow smoking on the patio, There was a shirtless guy listening to tunes drinking beer and smoking on the patio who was later joined by another smoker at lease he...

So I had one drink rye and Pepsi . And sat there about twenty minutes enjoying my drink and all of a sudden the server grabs my glass hand mea bill for 32 dollars I told her that’s wrong she told me she served me two doubles and a single in less then the 30 minutes spent there. I just finished halloween with my kids and I was only attending there to have one single drink while I waited for a friend to come. Then she tells me if I drive she will call the cops and if I don’t pay the 32 dollar for my one single drink she told me she would call the cops . I have not heard from boss back called three times no reply back and they got to steal the money I paid four times what a single drink should be . I also have a breathalyzer in my truck on footage I leave start my truck and take off that’s funny I thought I drank 32 worth of drinks . It was a total lie and they know it I don’t know why people like that can steal a enjoyable time from someone and give two shits about the service. She made me pay it including calling the boss which he told me to pay 21 dollars I told him let me know what the camera says I want my refund and what a terrible team to scam a person and accusing them of being drunk and I went there because it’s suppose to be open to the public. I will never go there again and if this happens to me I’m sure there is other times they treated people like that I give it two thumbs down stop stealing...

I was invited here for a family gathering for my uncle 80th birthday. We arrived at 5pm, once everyone arrived waiter started to take drink order. At around 6 they started to take appetizer ask waiter what the soup of the say and she didnt know, about 30 minutes later, appetizer came out, the waiter dropped ketchup on my spouse's jacket and my mother's shoulder, at around 7pm they started to take order for Mains, after ordering was done we waited over 1h for Main dish to start to come out, when the main arrived at our table the waiter drop half a plate for food and sauce on my spouse for a 2nd time. From here we end up leaving, and went to Montana for dinner was it was past 8pm by then. Thr appetizer i had was a Caesar salad and onion ring, the salad is hard to mess up and it was good but the onion ring was overcooked, very disappointed with the services from the waiter not knowing the soup of the day having to step away to find out, and not knowing what the banquet burger come with and had to get a menu to find out. On top of dropping food on my spouse and mother with two different servers dropping food. Last time my parents and my spouse and I are coming here...
