We arrive to Montana’s wanting a nice meal out. Sat down in the booth and noticed there’s a bunch of dirt and food and hair in the crease of the window below us and a little bit of a hamburger eaten. So we let the Manager KNOW. He moved us to the next booth and had a waitress clean that booth. The next booth wasn’t much better. The blinds were filled with food Particles from maybe a little one who had eaten there and touched it and even in the next table, the blinds were still full of food Particles when we brought them down. We got the menu and the menus were full of people’s fingerprints and food so they hadn’t been wiped in a long time if ever. Contemplating leaving and we thought give them a shot. We ordered fish and chips , Fajitas, pecan apple salad, and ribs and fries. None of us liked our food. The salad was bitter and not good, which we ended up not paying for the fish and chips were so battered heavy. There was hardly any fish in there. The ribs were OK and the fajitas were OK kinda tasteless. The whole place seemed like it was run by a bunch of clowns versus a mature manager, we will never ever go back there again. There should be standards in restaurants when you’re serving food and people are expected to eat there. It was absolutely horrible experience. I am actually surprised they’re open still. There was food on the floor also you could tell the place was not clean. I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Montana’s you can do better. This is not OK. Our waitress brought us Our bill. We asked to speak to the manager. He did not come out a second time he was going to give us 20% off our whole Bill. I said that’s not good enough. I said I refuse to pay for the fish and I refuse to pay for the salad. I said they didn’t even eat it. I said do you see the batter on my husband‘s plate left over. There might’ve been a couple tablespoons of fish the rest was batter so they came back and adjusted our bill and took those two dishes off. We did not see the manager again he wouldn’t come out....
Read moreThis was hands down the best dining experience our family has had in a long time! There was 7 of us and we took our youngest son out to celebrate him graduating 🎓 high-school. Our server Jamie was absolutely amazing! Two of us were unsure of what to order but had narrowed it down to a couple of items, he perfectly read them and suggested the ideal meal for them. We had the kapow shrimp, deep fried pickles, two 4 cheese spinach dips, one with just pita bread and one with half pita bread half nacho chips and pull apart garlic cheese bread for appetizers. For mains we had the smokehouse stack, brisket burger with double brisket, two 7 Oz steaks, pit master select with a full rack of ribs and loaded baked potato, Austin cheese steak sandwich, chicken fajitas. And for desert 3 cheese cakes. We spent most of our meal getting each other to try our own choices. There was not a scrap of food that was not impeccably done. We literally spent the whole meal chatting and bragging about how great each of our meals were. Our server Jamie made the meal even better with his attention to detail and awesome customer service. He was friendly, fun and easy going, he joked with us and made us feel welcome by seamlessly finding something about each person to relate to. We will be choosing Montana's for our family treat meals from now on! Highly recommend this particular location. Thank you to Jamie and the cooks on our visit for a wonderful celebration meal, we couldn't have asked for better! ( Please understand we very rarely eat at restaurants anymore. My husband is VERY particular about getting quality food and service for our money when dining out. It has been a long time since we went out as over the last several years the food and service has been beyond subpar. Even my husband was blown away by this meal and insisted that this is where we will be eating far...
Read moreSo my wife and i made a decision to make a round trip of 80 miles to go have supper and celebrate our 38th anniversary . After receiving our meal my poor wife whom is suffering with alziemer said to me there's something wrong ! I looked over and noticed a DIRTY serviet in her baked potatoe I immediately called the waitress over and she apologized I asked her politely to get the manager he came over ( Evan - August 2/23 6ish o'clock) he also apologized and out of the goodness of his heart said we'll give you 50% off her meal As in you still have to eat the dirt you were served he then asked me how my meal was I told him it was cold and hard I hadn't said anything earlier cause I didn't want to ruin my wife's special night . I told him to take it away he then tried to offer her a new meal but my wife didn't want to make me wait another 1/2 hr. So I suggested maybe a baked potatoe and a salad and she agreed Upon receiving it she felt sick to her stomach I then told the waitress we were leaving so she got our bill which was 1/2 the meal I abruptly told her i was gonna pay for our drinks (2) and no more, again I ask to speak with the manager (Evan August 2 at 6ish couldn't get a last name for Evan) he didn't want to speak to me ! She came back with a bill for the drinks I payed for the 2 drinks and gave her a $5 tip because it wasn't her fault as for Evan he needs to be demoted and sent back to training school if he wants to play Manager . Totally disappointed I spent money on gas at $1.74 a liter to drive all the way to...
