Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Bay

I don't know why I tried but rather disappointed.

7.50ish for 4 leafs of lettuce and a pack of Renee's sauce. Stale playdough based croutons, and 4 lumps soggy chicken. At least the bacon was ok.

Also got the bacon mac n cheese dish. That's at best OK, salty cheese with over cooked noodles. A Hawaiian pizza (missing almost all the ham maybe one piece per slice?) 4 slices of pizza missing most of its pineapple. Got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza.

45 mins for delivery later the mac n cheese is cold, Hawaiian pizza is Luke warm and the other is burning. Did I get someone's left overs??

No forks for anything. No spoons no napkins. Only dissatisfaction.

The pizzas grease is palpable and tastes like spoiled butter. I don't know why there is even a need for this much grease. Are they going for soppy fry bread?

Pricing for the whole meal was $61 for 2 pizzas, pasta and salad a snail would still be hungry after eating.

I would have taken a photo of the salad but this emoji is bigger 🥗.

OCT 8 2023:

Got told that because we are over 6KM (new to me) we would pay $5 more. In the past this wasn't an issue. Seems like they just didn't want to drive out to a First Nations reserve address. I've previously ordered food to distances far exceeding 10 km the only difference being it was not a reserve address. Online certainly let me pay normal rates, because it seems there isn't a person capable of exclusive judgement. I got hung up on. The weather isn't good so I chalked it up to that. I called back and then got told we won't deliver to you. This shouldn't be an issue in 2023.

Nowhere in your terms and conditions and terms of service is the 6 km rule exist. Sounds like somebody's making something up.

I ordered two pizzas over the phone and service representative was not able to communicate effectively with me. I repeated my order thricut still he didn’t get my order right. The order placed was totally wrong I contacted the store to tell my concern, I didn’t finish up my concern the guy named BHAVIN started yelling at me instead of accepting their mistake he is telling me that he is gonna ban me from both the stores. Is this customer service Pizza Hut is providing to their customer. I think BHAVIN needs to learn the customer service, if they can’t provide good service, I think owner is wasting the money and time on staff . They were threatening me to take the legal action just for a pizza , what if my friend eat that mushroom pizza as he is allergic, I would definitely show him when and how legal action can take place , this is the second time it has happened , staff is so rude, no professionalism, never coming back not me not even my friends. Lakeshore guys are way better...

If I could give pizza hut on McKeown negative stars, I would. Over an hour and 15 minutes goes by. And we still didn't have our pizza. When I called the man rudly yelled at me saying " well it's already been delivered " ... ( it was delivered to a house down lakeshore🤦‍♀️) ( I am no where near lakeshore) Then he tells me it's in the oven.( which is it)... it will be here soon he says Another 45 mins goes by. I call back and ask for a refund because clearly my pizza is not on its way. This guy tells me I have to speak with the manager who is not.on duty. I call the next day and they same guy starts yelling at me again. I have now paid $40 and didn't get my food or my refund. He told me he would refund it. And never did I'm tired of arguing with this ignorant guy on the phone. We love pizza hut but I will NEVER order from this one ever again! Worst customer service I...
