Little Town Pizza — Restaurant in North Cowichan

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Both the food and delivery service. The delivery time can be and hour or sometimes 2 (I've at times wondered if they've forgotten my order) to a place that is a a few minutes away. The Greek salad is very salty with just seasoning and no dressing. The chicken bites have very little sauce. The pasta now has big chunks of carrots in it and is very lacking in sauce. The pizza used to be very good....but just had an overcooked, dry, low on cheese and sauce pizza. I've never had such a disappointing meal from them. Each time (since it's changed ownership) we order, the food just gets worse. I used to prefer the food at Robert Street, but stopped ordering from there because it always took so long and showed up so cold the cheese had solidified. I was very hopeful, but it seems the the good food is not like that of Robert Street....but the slow delivery time is. This is also a pricy place to buy from....which I wouldn't mind if the food was good. We will no longer be...

Stayed in area overnight at Best Western , decided to get pizza. It was two medium pizzas for 35$ !! Made a conversation about me being from out of town , took a minute to decide on which kind I wanted for dinner and leftovers? Went with Mediterranean and Hawaiian. It was busy with orders, and staff were still happy and cheerful. 30 min, they said ! So it was perfect for a cruise around town to check out the awesome buildings with artwork on them. Went back, and pizzas just came out of the oven !! Tasted delicious and even better the next day ! It's definitely worth stopping in !! Waiting area, refreshments here to purchase. Parking is a bit tricky...

I don’t know if great customer service makes pizza taste even more amazing, but not only was the pizza straight up delicious, but the customer service was, dare I say it, outstanding. I don’t think there are many pizza places, that when you order pizza for pick up in too short a time to make you ferry, will deliver it to you in the ferry line when it’s done just to make sure you get your cake and eat it too. Not only did we make our ferry, but we enjoyed some incredible pizza along the way. My only regret is that I didn’t have cash in my pocket to give you guys a better tip. Thanks Little Town Pizza! I...
