Upon the first bite you ponder if this is actually fresh prepared food, as in homemade fresh from basic ingredients? Turns out, local scuttlebutt says it is! I moved out here from the core and regrettably waited months before placing my first order for their take out. When I finally did take the leap I was pleasantly surprised, perhaps even shocked, at the food quality. It's an immediate realization. My adult son was over and he mentioned it right away as well. I have never experienced Chinese this fresh. This place is a gem. If you're in town and craving Chinese, or simply want something that will be delicious, check them out. Was charged $30 for 1 plate of food. (Customized dinner for 1) Noodles, chicken balls and sesame chicken. My 7 year old wanted Chinese so I decided to take her here, since it's just up the street from us. Never again. I could have taken her for a fine steak dinner for this price. The owner did tell me that this plate would cost a bit more than the dinner for one ($11.95), since we chose different meats, but I was not expecting a $20 difference, especially since the portion size was much smaller. The chicken also had way too much sauce .. it was like soup. Most of it got thrown in the garbage. The server was nice, though... the bathrooms were filthy. My daughter refused to use the toilet and decided to wait until we got home. Maybe their other options are better, but I won't be giving them...

I went to this restaurant just the other day, I'm new to the area and have tried a couple of places, I ordered the fish and chips and have never been so disappointed with a meal. First of all who has fish and chips and does not and will not serve with tartar sauce, secondly my fish was very over cooked, the batter was very dark and just crumbled as I attempted to eat it. This restaurant seems to have good reviews and the people that were there when I walked in seemed to be happy when they left. The beer was cold and sadly was the best part of my dinner.
