Unfortunately, it had an old lingering smell from the kitchen. Dated. The service could be better. It is more like a family owned space, in a little village, where they do not make any effort but are still friendly because most clients there are from the neighborhood. So you would see glass shelves with food in containers, home taper ware style, behind the counter, elderly having their lunch like if they were at home, but also young couples with their kids, like if they were part of a big family. It is an interesting experience, but I would not want to eat there (I have been told that their Chinese food was good). Their menu is total con-fusion, with dishes from all over the world. Too many and too different for them to be fresh. I enjoyed a tea (they had varieties but they just did not offer me a choice and I had breakfast tea). Nice refills of coffee and tea. 2 times I went never go again , Chinese people working very hard but the service not great they're angry and tired no smile and we could hear them talking about each other is not good for business owner , waiting for order 50 minutes and she said 20 and I give her a good tips ,first time we went family came with kids ,kids dropped food on the flower the older women came she got so mad I feel bad for family 3 times mom said sorry she didn't even reply to her after that they told other people about the kids you can not do that customer number 1 sorry you dont work for free and they pay you tip PLEASE be friendly and smile, pizza and hamburger we didn't...

Usually the food is pretty good...exvept for tonight. The meat ii the Cantonese Chow main tasted old ...you know the when meat's wasn't cooked that day. The meat included: chicken, bbq pork and shrimp. The pork and chicken were old and the shrimp was hard and rubbery, the white rice $3.00 must have been old, too, because the top was hard, definitely not fresh. On the plus side, the egg roll were good but expensive for a small one $2.80. The garlic ribs were tasty, bur the sauce was like water and not as good as usual.
