Milano Pizzeria — Restaurant in North Grenville

Since the new ownership took over a couple months ago this location has snowballed and dropped straight off a sheer cliff!

Don’t bother ever ordering a sub from this location, IF they manage to get it right (8 of last 10 had to be remade) it’ll be mostly lettuce. Pizza has never really been that great, not terrible like Mr Mozzarella or Capilanos but still not great. Cheese is low quality and they pile it on, had a couple times the dough was a bit undercooked, not unsafe just not enjoyable. Now that’s not location specific it the brand. IF you order a pizza ask for light cheese and it’ll likely be fairly decent.

I have over 10 years experience specifically with pizza restaurants(Pizza Hut, Little Caesar’s, Dominos, and 2 other local shops in the GTA) and after the last two orders 1 nasty pizza about 2 weeks ago and constant mistakes, I’ll never return to this location ever again. I would refuse free food from them, the new ownership has little to no clue how to make pizza.

There are many other options, want a sub go to subway, pizza go to dominos or Little Caesar’s, shawarma go to jj’s, wings go to shoeless joes, chicken go to A&W or KFC IF it’s open(which it rarely is). Anything else, there family restaurant, Hard stones, 5 star, and a couple more.

Moral of this story don’t waste your money or time with...

Sadly, 1 star doesn't even cut it. We have had too many bad experiences consecutively ordering from this location. Today took the cake. It's important to know we order basically the same thing every time we order. This time specifically our chicken ceaser salad came with no dressing and barely any chicken. The chicken that was in the salad was so hard and dry. The donair came with again the driest meat that was also kinda of hard like it had been sitting and maybe reheated to be put on the sandwich. Here's my favorite part.. we ordered boneless wings with sauce on side. What came was regular wings sauce on the side. So I called to let them know that the wings were incorrect as well as we did not get any salad dressing (since I did expect our wings to be corrected) they asked us to return the wings we got in error. Fine. That is fair I didn't want those kind, however, they said they are not sending any sauce and to take it out of the container. When the new wings arrived (without salad dressing) they were also over cooked and rock solid.

This will be the last time we waste our money at this location. I have heard they have new owners and I can say all the staff seems different aswell. Hopefully they read these reviews and change up the quality and services before they end up having to...

I’d give zero but it won’t let me give lower..worst service and branch ever.called to get some food delivered and was told 45mins to an hour and had asked if it could be done sooner as I had hungry nephews with me, he assured me he could do it and have it delivered in 30 mins. I ended up having to call back as an hour had gone by and still no food and I said I’d have to cancel if it wasn’t here soon and he said that the delivery driver had actually came and left. Which was a lie. I also have dogs that bark when the front door bell is rang..so there is no way he came. When I said that he than changed his answer to oh I told him not to come…and said why?I only stated that if he wasn’t here soon that I’d have to cancel not that I was cancelling. He than said he’d be sending the delivery driver back. When the food finally came 1hour and 40 mins later the food was cold and wrong missing sauces and drinks and any of the takeout items I’d asked for (ketchup for the kids fries, cutlery, napkins..etc) some of the poutine was soggy and barely any curds, it was just all over a bad experience. Just trash. And...
