Went to this Tim Horton around 1:20-30pm on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 and ordered a XL coffee (triple-triple with artificial sweetener) and 20 Timbits (birthday cake timbit, sour cream glazed, and old fashion glazed). The attendant correctly entered all the orders on the cash register and quickly accepted our payment. After making the payment, I realized that the sour cream glazed was out so I mentioned to him about that, but he assured me that he will get me some so I was very satisfied with their service up till this point. When he came back with the Timbits, he gave us birthday cake Timbit, honey curler and tons of old fashion plain. We ended up getting completely different flavors for the 2/3 of the Timbits that I have ordered. Although I was unsatisfied with the order, I decided not to make a fuss out of it and decided to leave as soon as I received the XL coffee. When the coffee came, because it was served by the same guy who got us the Timbit ordered messed up, I have asked him specifically, did you use the artificial sweetener and he looked me in the eye and assured me that he has made the coffee using the artificial sweetener. The unfortunate part of this is that this coffee was for someone diabetic and believe me, sugar and diabetes does not go so well... Clearly this Tim Hortons employee does not know what he was doing and he lied to me about the order, which caused a huge problem on my end. NEVER going to deal...
Read moreI recently went to this location to get a coffee for me and a Hot Chocolate for my son. I noticed that the employee working at the soup and sandwich station was not wearing a hairnet. This person not only had long hair in a ponytail but it was very unkept and strands were poking out from everywhere. A woman with very short hair came out from the back to help this woman and she put on a hairnet. I thanked the employee with the hairnet for wearing one and asked the other employee why she was not wearing one? She replied “ why? Did you find hair in your food today?” I explained that no I didn’t but it is disgusting watching somebody prepare food without taking proper sanitary measures. She continued to argue that she was only going to there for another minute or two and that it didn’t matter. I explained to her that she should have one on as soon as she steps behind the counter! This is not the first time I have had this concern with this issue. I received a call from the manager of the other location a few weeks ago promising that the general manager of all three locations said that they are now going to strictly enforce this rule! Read moreFor some weird reason during the day is good and 95%.If you get a hot beverage after ten p m it's lukewarm Even if you get a coffee it's room temperature.I don't know how that happens but it's almost every time.
Update May 18th 2025 Order an egg box in drive thru What's told?It was going to be I three minute wait. Np Pulled up front so I wouldn't hold yp the line.
15 min later they come out and give us the complete wrong order Then we go inside sating it's the wrong order and ask for the box instead of a wrap.
Sat at counter for 15 min just trying to get someone's attention. Then let them know, Thier response Sorry now we're out of egg so we can't make you the box.
So 40 min wrong order to going home with now cold coffee and no food. Absolutely insane bad service. And only getting worse if it can possibly get worse......
Wife and mother in law were mangers at tim hortons for 17 years and 11 years so I'm.not just a complainer kind of person just wanted to be clear :)
Mangers is bad aswell, backed way up and instead of coming out to help with whatever service is behind lile a team leader does, he comes out bitching ( omg why are you guys backed up, complaining about how slow they are and drive thru times. Maybe try helping your team instead of just complaining..... if your employees are bad or slow or overwhelmed thats...
