Mr. Mozzarella (Kemptville) — Restaurant in North Grenville

I've been ordering from Mr.Mozz for the past five years, on and off. The quality is good and consistent. They have rarely messed up my order, I can count on one hand and have fingers left over. That's how little they mess up. If they do, and you call them back, they are nothing but friendly and you can bet your sweet ass they will fix it! I recently ordered from Milanos, I spent 98 dollars, didn't get my full order, when I called they told me I can have a credit for next time. Really unprofessional, considering I paid and didn't receive everything I paid for. I ordered from mr.mozz last night, they forgot some sauce, they apologized to me when I called and sent someone to give me the rest of my order. It was fast, and friendly. It's what you would expect from a professional, well run restaurant. Thank you Mr.Mozz for being awesome!!!

P.s To everyone who has had their order messed up, please be nice when calling. They work in a hot environment, they are doing at least 5 things at once, they get extremely busy and sometimes are under staff. Just be friendly, and I can promise you that everything will be okay! We all deserve respect, and we all make mistakes. So don't judge them on the mistake, judge them by how they handle...

We've been ordering from Mr. Mozzarella since they reopened and find it hit or miss. Their online ordering system works on and off, mostly off. Hence the 3 stars. The pizza, isn't great but not terrible when it is "on".

Our misses have come from this - ordering well done, almost always a miss. You need a spoon to eat, it's that soggy in the middle. And this with only 2 toppings.

Delivery is usually fast, we tip in the browser (when it works), so hopefully drivers get that.

The U/X of the online ordering, when it works, is seriously bad. So much so that instead of pepperoni, we somehow clicked pickles. Add that to the soupy mix of the soggy pizza and it is extra gross. That's on us, we won't be ordering online (at least I won't be) anymore unless they fix both the U/X and the ability to order, which sometimes will take the saved address and then most other times, say it doesn't work. The one time we ordered by phone, it was more expensive then the same order on the web. Odd.

The kids like their build a snack box, which is likely what they'll still order if we make the effort, but for pizza,...

this may be a long read. lets start by saying, i consider myself to be among the percent of the population that are classified as "poutine lovers." i am very particular about my poutine as i am a very picky eater. so, on this mildly weathered tuesday afternoon, i decided i wanted to try poutine from a new place (i usually go to milanos.) naturally, before venturing into a new poutine-territory, i called and asked if they would be so kind as to describe their poutine to me. to my surprise, i got a detailed description (right down to the coagulated milk and the structural integrity of the fries) and decided it sounded good enough for me to give it a try. it was ready pretty fast and upon opening said poutine in my residence, i was pleasantly surprised to find that it was of great quality and i was not mislead by the description i was given. i will definitely consider returning for this...
