30 min wait for a macchiato. I asked if it was coming the answer was ā€œprobably Iā€™m making a whole list of drinks.ā€ I said probably or it is? She said ā€œIā€™m sure it is.ā€ Then I waited another 5 min and had to ask again to a different person. In their defence itā€™s the only place open after security but they certainly arenā€™t prepared. You can see how long the line is. Many people walking away after waiting too long. My wife ordered a muffin. She asked if it was gluten free and vegan. They said they donā€™t have vegan options. My wife then showed them their own sign and asked why it says they do. They had to read their own sign. Then they said I guess the muffins are vegan then lol. We will eat before security next time. EDIT: in response to Freshcup: you need to get a grip on your emotions and take feedback to get better. You should want to know your customersā€™ experience. Youā€™re telling me to grow up but then calling me names like a child. You clearly have something else going on in your life. Iā€™ve changed this to 1 star because of your ridiculous response. Take care.

The breakfast Bacon-Egg-Cheddar PowerBite at $4.50! was delicious and just the right size for a pre-flight snack/ mini-lunch. Good service, fast and prices acceptable - but $4.50 for PowerBite is 'da bomb...Oops, don't say that at ANY airport:)šŸ˜Š. Check-in online, show up 2-hours early, visit YYJ's third floor Eagles Lounge, then lounge with a nourishing snack for $4.50...at an airport! In Canada! Yeah, it's worth a try. View is nice and the space is open, sunny, and comfortable.

Nice cafe at the airport with vegan options! Not open at the moment. Located near gates 5-11. They have vegan muffins, scones, a few other bakery items, veggie quinoa, and soy/almond/coconut milk options! They have other stuff as well but great to have these. Good location in the airport and lots of airport seating around.

Staff were terribly rude, refused to heat up a sandwich for me then immediately offered to heat up my husbands cinnamon knot, which turned out to be so dry and stale our plastic fork broke in half trying to eat it. Coffee was absolutely awful, and my husbands chai latte was just poorly steamed milk over an un steeped tea bag.
