30 min wait for a macchiato. I asked if it was coming the answer was āprobably Iām making a whole list of drinks.ā I said probably or it is? She said āIām sure it is.ā Then I waited another 5 min and had to ask again to a different person. In their defence itās the only place open after security but they certainly arenāt prepared. You can see how long the line is. Many people walking away after waiting too long. My wife ordered a muffin. She asked if it was gluten free and vegan. They said they donāt have vegan options. My wife then showed them their own sign and asked why it says they do. They had to read their own sign. Then they said I guess the muffins are vegan then lol. We will eat before security next time.

Good service, fast and prices acceptable - but $4.50 for PowerBite is 'da bomb...Oops, don't say that at ANY airport:)š.
Check-in online, show up 2-hours early, visit YYJ's third floor Eagles Lounge, then lounge with a nourishing snack for $4.50...at an airport! In Canada!
