Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oakville

The pizza is fine, good amount of toppings on it but otherwise it's about the same as other pizza places I've been to like Pizza Nova. Not a fan of the wings or wedges though. Rest of the experience was just not enjoyable though.

The problem came with trying to order anything from this place for the first time, either in person or online.

They have no physical menus available, which isn't that bad. I'm told to look at their TV menu above. Their menu on the television doesn't show anything aside from their Gourmet Pizzas- no prices, no sides, just a Canada Day gif (past the day already by now) and rotating specials of desserts. Probably a management issue considering employees probably don't control what's shown on the screens, from what I'm used to.

Since I can't order anything in time without going on my phone, I leave. I try to place a delivery order for a few things online, and the cart glitches out on me several times saying there's nothing added to it while I'm trying to check out. Also, coupon codes are buggy. Adding one to your cart and removing it prevents you from entering another code for no good reason, so I had to restart the process in another web browser with the same issue before.

Also, I'm not certain about how much of that "online tip" actually goes to the delivery guy or the people who work the store vs. the management or owners (doesn't specify on the site). I just tip with cash anyways.

I saw the place had a 4.8 and I still didn't expect a whole lot from a chain but man, how hard is it to order something without that much hassle just to...

This Gino's Pizza location is hands down the absolute best pizza place I have ever ordered from, consistently. I order from this location anywhere from once to twice a week. My partner and I started doing this when Co-vid hit and we love our little routine now. Its almost been a year that we've been ordering from this location consistently and the pizza is always extremely fresh, from the dough, to the toppings, you can tell that its all prepared fresh right when you order.

My partner and I ordered from a different chain of pizza restaurants for the first couple weeks of covid and we found that it was always hit or miss with them. Sometimes the dough tasted like cardboard, other times you could tell that they had just re-warmed an old pizza that didn't previously get eaten and it was disgusting.

Thats when we tried Gino's and now we will never go anywhere else! The service is always friendly, ordering online is super easy, as we just click the "repeat last order" button and we know our delicious, fresh, perfectly baked pizza is on its way!

The pizza is amazing, the delivery drivers are very sweet and always timely, and I picked up our order for the first time a couple of days ago and I finally met the man behind the delicious pizza! He's a very kind man and has the most contagious smile on his face.

We've never once been dissatisfied with any aspect of our order/service from this Gino's location. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

My family and I have been ordering Ginos Pizza Oakville for about 7 years now at Melbourne Court and Sheridan college.They make the best ever pizza!!! We love it so much. Today i went to Gino's Pizza Oakville 1289 Marlborough Ct, i ordered 25 slices party Pizzas and he was so generous and add some extra Toppings . Abid and Staff thank you 🤗 . We also order Ginos pizza for special occasions and all my guest always ask where and what location I got this amazing pizza, they all said it’s the best and Delicious pizza that they ever had.
