I went here during lunch time with my 2 toddler boys and my wife, we ordered our food then after us came like 5-6 people who also ordered after we did, they served them all and 2 more people before serving me, when I got the food it was extremely greesy and the chi key looked like it was dropped on the floor we did find a hair in one of our pieces, the chicken was disgusting I tried to bring it up to the managers attention but she didn't pay much mind to it so I just left the food we were not about to eat that!! That was a horrible experience on the food on the customer service on health n safety ethics, after this we didn't go back nor do we plan to do so not this location atleast
There was this other time I ordered via the mary brown app (horrible app btw) after I placed my order it charged my credit card 2x I called them they told me to go by the store with my card to get a refund even thou this was not my error, any ways when I went to the store the manager the tall lady looked like she was from Pakistan or India but wow she needs to switch career not helpful at all on the contrary she was extremely in helpful and rude.... Umm so ya I didn't get nothing from them till this day they still owe me.

Read moreYou can always judge a business in times when things don’t go as planned. A salad was missing from my order and it wasn’t noticed until I had gotten home. I called and “Ella” was apologetic and offered me to get the forgotten salad right away or next time I was in. Which was a fair solution, but just as I’m about to hang up and plan to go back in another day ella explains the manager would like to speak with me. The manager ( sorry I didn’t grab his name) so kind, apologizes for the mistake and offers to drive the salad to my house, which he did and quite quickly. I didn’t wanted to impose but he assured me no issue and would be on his way home. Well, so quickly he came to drop it off and he really took care of our patronage. Our order mattered and making sure all was well was his sincere intention. Thanks so much for going above and beyond and for treating each customer as if it’s there first and only experience. This location.is definitely not a flagship location by any means. I believe Mary Brown should take a closer look at who they issue out franchised, to, they definitely want to upkeep.and maintain protocols and standards at every location. This location will single handedly tarnish the reputation Mary brown has so diligently fought to establish and maintain. It is so unfortunate for Oakville residents.
