Ya first off I just want to say...screw this place and their useless staff. Went here for lunch and an hour later found out my car had been towed. After I brought this up to the manager I was informed that it usually happens there to their customers that they get towed on a regular basis which didnt make much sense as their was no option to buy a parking pass for that lot. After having to taxi it across oakville close to burlington to where my car was impounded I had to pay $400 just to get my car out of the lot. Didnt expect that to happen while going for lunch here. So ya people of the internet, avoid coming here at all costs if you dont want your car to get towed. They have no reasonable policy to pay for parking and they'd rather just tow your car instead after having it there a little over an hour. I understand its more of an issue that was dealt with by property management of the plaza but I was not happy with the lack of cooperation from monahans after I went in to express my situation. All the lady told me was 'damn that sucks, my car got towed a little while back too and I work here' which makes me wonder who in their right mind would want to work here let alone come in for lunch. I really hope I can get this message to alot of people as this is an utter outrage to pay $400 out of your pocket to get your car back plus whatever extra cost to taxi it. I cant beleive I wrote this entire review without swearing but seriously people don't come here....at all or atleast hope your close to walking distance.. also the service was just below par of mediorce, I didnt get a good vibe from my waitress...maybe she was just upset that she had pay $400 to get her car out of the impound. I dont know but If i managed that place I would go to very long lengths to ensure my customers cars dont get touched at the very least or move to another location because lets face it I'm never going...

Disclaimer: I have been going here for a very long time (over 2 years) and tonight might be the last time I ever spend my money here.

This is the third time I got food poisoning from the food served at this establishment. First 2 I thought were a fluke, but this time I can’t let it slide. They used to be good, I don’t know what changed. Someone who’s a cook isn’t handling food properly, and he needs to be fired. As I’m writing this review, I am still nauseous, 2 and a half hours later since I consumed my fish tacos.

Let’s make one thing clear tho, all the servers deserve a shoutout. I have had 0 bad experiences with any of them, and they are always helpful and kind when serving.

Now the manager/owner/whoever stopped me at the door for having an energy drink in my hand looking like my long lost alcoholic dad… Yeah he needs to go. From what I can tell, everyone seems to have an issue with him. Maybe, he’s the reason the establishment is slowly dying. He’s given me the side eye, shaking his head for giving the empty energy drink can to my friend as a joke. Bro, I’m listening to what you said, I was playing a joke on my friend, no need to judge me while your drunk on the job.

Also, the pool tables. Yeah they are all mostly broken, playing 8ball here is 20% playing the game, 80% asking the servers to get the white ball unstuck. Again, shoutout to the servers for helping everyone when that happens! :)

I’m sorry for this extremely heated review, I might remove it if things improve, but it’s just so frustrating to not be able to sleep because of some persons poor hygiene while handling food. It sucks, I shouldn’t go through it, your customers shouldn’t go through it. No one should! So I guess please, for the love of god, change your cooks, they ain’t good, and the food ain’t that...
