Do these breadsticks look like they are worth $24?

Murray's Pizza in Oliver needs to work on communication and customer service...

Feeling pretty taken advantage of for my dietary needs tonight. We just paid over $80 for two medium pizzas and these sad breadsticks. They look good, but are dry and bland. While the pizza was insanely greasy, and not worth the price.

My biggest gripe, though, is that when I asked if it was possible to make the breadsticks using thier gluten friendly dough she cheerily said "No problem!"

When it came time to pick up I was floored at the price, but was hungry and in a hurry, thinking I must have added it up wrong in my head while ordering off thier online menu.

After I got home and had a second look at thier prices online I called to inquire about the price (and complain that they missed a request to leave off the drizzle sauce) I got huge attitude back. Started off with the gluten free pizza adds $6, which is a cost I factored in.

What I did not factor in, though, was that they decided without warning me to charge the gluten free breadsticks as a large pizza, plus the $6 GF charge.

How in the world a business can justify not only that kind of markup, but not giving the customer a heads up it will double the price is beyond me.

There was zero attempt to rectify the situation on thier end, only "Next time we'll get the sauce right." When I responded (not meanly) that I wasn't sure if I wanted to order again the response was a sickly sweet "OK sounds great, have a good night. "

I genuinely feel taken advantage of for my dietary needs, as this took a lot of mental effort for me to trust a local restaurant with my...

I ordered pizza today on the website as I usually do. Shortly after submitting my order I got a call and was told that they were all out of the vegan cheese I ordered and was asked if I wanted to substitute the cheese. Unfortunately that wasn’t an option for me so I just told them to cancel the order. Bummer but okay. Shortly after that, I received another call from a worker that went to the grocery store just to ask me which vegan cheese would be okay for me. I was so surprised how hard they worked for my business. Spoke with the gentleman on the phone for a bit and everything was set. Pizza night was back on. Pizza was delivered shortly after that and the driver even showed me a photo of the cheese they went out and bought just to double check it was all okay. What great service I experienced tonight. To top it all off it was actually the best pizza I’d had from them so far. Couldn’t be happier, thank...

Have been ordering the same pizza (the sink) for over 2 years have never had a problem until recently. The crust was always thick and so delicious but the last few times the crust has been so thin. Every time I order I ask for the thick crust but never get it. We ordered today April19th and got the thin crust again I told the girl on the phone to please make sure it’s the Thick Crust she said what the regular crust and I said no the thickest crust We didn’t get it again phoned to ask if they were not making the thick crust anymore and was told it was the thick crust and only got bad attitude from the girl on the phone was told she would have the manager phone me when they were at work. Gooey pizza crust is not what we ordered and that’s what you get with the amount of toppings on the sink when you don’t get the thick crust. We will wait to hear from the managers to see if we recommend or order this...

f you’re a pizza lover like me, Murray Pizza is the ultimate destination! I tried their Stuffed Crust Meat Lover, and it was absolutely amazing. The crust was perfectly baked and stuffed with gooey, melted cheese that added a satisfying richness to every bite. The topping combination was a carnivore’s dream—perfectly seasoned pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham, all layered generously.

I visited MURRAY’S Pizza in Oliver recently, and I must say, their Shahi Paneer pizza was absolutely delightful! The combination of the rich, flavorful Shahi Paneer topping on a crispy pizza crust was a taste sensation. I highly recommend trying this unique and delicious pizza at MURRAY’S. It's a must-try for all pizza lovers!
