Disappointing, poorly managed, and understaffed, it is, unfortunately, an increasingly common characteristic of Tim Horton establishments in British Columbia.
The aggressive, greedy, and misguided Tim Horton owner operators are rapidly destroying what was once an iconic Canadian coffee brand.
This location exemplifies the staffing shortage crisis because locals refuse to work under poor management. Waiting ten minutes to receive a coffee with only two individuals ahead is not an exaggeration but reflective of the actual situation.
Historically, I would have contacted the corporate office of Tim Hortons to express my dissatisfaction with poor management. However, those days are in the past. Presently, the primary focus appears to be on profitability. Today, Tim Hortons no longer exemplifies or reflects the values it once stood for and promoted.

Read moreMy brother and I generally have a "no food" rule from this Tim Hortons. We have gotten old or undercooked food a handful of times. We aren't really ones to complain so we usually just have our drinks and go about our day. Yesterday, however, we decided to get breakfast wraps. My brother must have been lucky and gotten a sausage that was made closer to the time of order. I however, got to experience one of the most terrifying days I've had. Within 8 hours of me eating my wrap, I got food poisoning- I know it was this, because I had nothing else to eat before or after. The cleanliness of this Tim Hortons has always been questionable, but this experience really took the cake. You should ALWAYS treat the food carefully, but especially during a world wide pandemic. Read moreI don't understand what is happening to our most Canada coffee shop ...on any given day you can walk in and see 6-8 people working drive while the front cash has nobody and you stand there waiting and waiting for service ....most often u will try to get dinner after 6 they will tell you the grill is off ....simply due to the fact they dont want to clean it again ...trying to get a simple decaf thats a joke always have to wait. What happen to 20 mins fresh ...ordering in the drive thru takes patience as they dont listen and the order is most times wrong ....and the pizza well who wants to wait 15 mins in a drive thru line up for a coffee and everyone in front of u has ordered a flipping pizza and then they ask to park u for coffee!!!!!!
