Amazing Pizzaria connected to a very rustic looking winery. The staff are friendly, and during slow days the chefs will come and give you the pizza them self's which is neat as they are very experienced with what they do! Their pizza dough is made by hand. They use the winery's vinegars in allot of their item like the Peach in their onions, black currant in their mushrooms and they even have a ceasar thry use in their dips that you can request on your pizza instead of their handmade tomato sauce. I've been here so many times and no complaints other then maybe slightly more customizations but their usually willing to work with yah if its not super busy, and even then they usuallyhave no issues with it. We recently visited, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors and a wonderfully crispy crust. Each bite was a delight, and it’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients.

In addition to the amazing pizza, the winery associated with the place was equally impressive. The selection of wines was extensive, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, helping us choose the perfect pairings for our meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening out.

This week-end I visited Barrel House Pizza which is located in the heart of Prince Edward County.

I was impressed with care and attention that was given to us by our host Oliver! He made sure that we have everything we need.

Love the @countycider - I chose to try Shiny and it was as expected - dry, with à little candy finish.

The place itself is very authentic! Do not expect to see fancy & modern details. It just as it suppose to be: perfect county style!
