Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

Be careful, these guys are dishonest! I walked in to order a pizza to go, explicitly asked the guy (who looked like the owner) if there were any deals or walk in specials. He said no, so I ordered a medium pizza and waited. While waiting I opened the Pizza Hut website, and in huge bold text there was a 50% off all medium pizzas ordered online for pickup! So when mine was ready I asked the same guy why he wouldn’t have told me to check the website, he started fumbling around when I confronted him about it. I’m positive he was aware of the online deal and decided to not say anything hoping I wouldn’t notice.

Yes, my fault for not checking the website first. And Yes, the $10 isn’t a huge deal. But it’s the principle that bothers me, and the downright dishonesty.

To you sir who owns this store, if you need the money that badly that you needed to be dishonest with me I’m glad you got the extra $10. Going forward, I’ll be supporting the many other small restaurants and businesses in PEC instead of you.

Lovers of pan pizza, I am on the search for the dreamiest crust that offers a perfect crunch. Pizza Hut signature crust generally has a crust that doesn't use corn meal finish, and gets crusty in their special pans. This franchise also uses a special bag that keeps pizza warm until delivered. I did pick up my pizza a little late but it was kept warm. There is ample cheese on the pizza, pineapple on top and pieces of ham in the layers. I got the Hawaiian which is actually on special on the app. Few ham pieces with a generous helping of cheese is melted onto a crusty base.

With the savings, it's best to pick up the order than have it delivered. For the price, it is a reasonable offer if you are interested in pan style pizza, and like cheese with basic toppings this might work for you. Placed 2 orders the second order cashier screwed up never admitted he charged wrong item and then charged extra to get the right thing which was fine but the guy not listening to me again but I had twice explained my son did not want mozzarella cheese and he wanted bread sticks no cheese and they gave breadsticks with cheese so again I wait and then he didn’t want to put parm cheese and I explained mozzarella and parm are different things which is why he doesn’t like the sticks!!!!
