Upd: replying to the owner's response. You certainly don't have any obligations to entertain children who come to your place. But you could be nicer when you say this. And not to ask customers with little babies to wait outside when it's cold. And yes, babies bang on things and want to play with stuff. The restaurant is so very neat and clean. Everything is organized including the self-serve chopsticks. The food, the FOOD, "THE FOOD" is just fantastic. What more can I say?
