Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Worst experience from a dominos in my entire life. It all started with a driver that forgot my drink and sauce. He told me the store would credit it for the next time I get a delivery just mention it. So I did. When I did I was told they couldn't take my word for it and told me I had a bad tone of voice when I was super super sick sore throat badly. She then hung up on me for that reason when I really thought I was being friendly just asking for the forgotten items. My order was online and they couldn't see it ? Just hung up. I called back a bit upset and confused and asked why I was treated that way. Long story short the girl who said she was the manager and lied about it told me she would send the items sarcastically and didn't send them. I was so upset the driver told me to call the manager the next day so I did. They answered and Said the manager left and won't be back for a while like 7 days. Then gave me a hard time again about the items I legit paid for ? It's hard enough out here in ontario. I can't afford to just loose the item and not ask. There was another time they made my pizza on the app it said the name of the girl who gave me a hard time making my pizza. The pizza came and had an awful taste to it. I swear to god all my life all the pizza from dominos I've eaten never ever ever tasted foul like this one. I couldnt understand the taste and the pizza was paper thin???? . I called told them not even for a new pizza. Just to ask and they heard me out and offered a new pizza. I made the order online and called them to confirm it for the free remake and they just gave me the hardest time again and denied it if I didn't take a bite of my other pizza. I still had most of it to return but how can I call about it being off if I didn't try it? I was soo upset. They said their staff wouldn't do that. Idk people do weird things sometimes. Idk I lost trust in this particular dominos and I wish I didn't have to go through that with them. Worst dominos and worst staff I have ever came across in my life. Sorry for the people who disagree. Domino’s is a great franchise but the staff at this location are mostly unprofessional and lazy. I ordered online at 10:02 PM and pick up was estimated from 10-20 minutes so let’s say 20 minutes it would work out to be 10:22 PM. Amrit the employee was helping another customer and the other employee was preparing the pizza for another order and her name was Harman after she was done preparing the pizza she came over to the cashier after washing her hands for less than 10 seconds without soap and walked over with paper towel to the cash register and started talking and taking over from Amrit. She basically took the order and after that she didn’t even ask have you been helped at all. She looked like she had some problems or issues also mentioning that she was wearing an AirPod in her right ear so customers wouldn’t notice it. Not to mention that she didn’t wash her hands after taking an order at the cash register to prepare another order. Amrit walked over and asked if we were helped and I asked for my order and he said it was ready but it didn’t even show on the tv board. Looks like it sat in the hot warmer for over 20 minutes I got my order by 10:43 PM. This location is the worst but the employee Amrit was truly polite and responsible. Amrit did apologize for the mistake but other employees are not responsible or caring about customers. It looked like this restaurant doesn’t care. I’m writing this review as I know this isn’t Dominos standards as I have worked at Dominos for over an year in the management. I’m only giving two stars due to Amrit or else tonight’s staff only...

Not sure what's going on with this location but not happy at all with the order at all. As much as I spent and had family out of town here for dinner and it came the way it did omg.. 177 dollars and thats what I got from u guys. I was not happy with what I got yesterday I will be reaching out to the manager and something should be able to be done with it. The stuff crust pizza is garbage we do not like it the middle of the pizza was not cooked lastly the wings weren't cooked properly. I know that u guys can only cook them without burning them but u should make sure they are cooked. They were rubbery as ever and could see the red in them when bitting into them. I wish I could send it back because no one wants to eat it. Very disappointed 😞 in the meal last night and I will be talking to the manager. I will not order from here again and this is way I have stopped ordering from big companies like this and pizza hut because its all just went down hill and no one cares with the cost of everything going up and we pay so much more we shouldn't have to complain about something this. They should take pride in making the customers happy to come. I could have ordered from pizza way where I have been and had much better pizza and cheaper by so much for 100 I could have everything can't believe this and very upset and pissed of about this. U all need to get it together and stop making the customers feel this way u are will not order again from u...
