Burger King — Restaurant in Ontario

2 Star review because of one of the Manager name Brooklyn got 5 Stars but another Manager has 0 Stars. I was picking up food for delivery and requested for drink tray for one drink and rude answer came that we don't give tray for one drink and that's our policy and if you have car, you can put that drink on your car cup holder but when I said where will I put my own drink then, VERY RUDE answer came which NOT MY PROBLEM and, so I said, am I putting my drink on my head, she gave me tray and when I asked for manager's name, she said I am Manager and then I asked for regional manager's contact name and email address for complaint, she said google it. So, I decided to write review on Google, which can be seen by public and incident happened in the afternoon shift. While waiting for order, another crew just threw burger on the rack and half wrapper came off, another crew was there nearby and seen, but didn't bother to wrap it and just leave it like that. Once at the evening, I was using washroom with the permission of team member, washroom was dirty and after coming out of washroom, informed the staff for the situation of washroom and humble staff member said thank you for letting us know but after couple of hours, unfortunately went to use washroom same place while picking up order again, it was more dertier than before and didn't use it plus didn't bother to inform again because no point and probably as per afternoon shift Manager's policy, they don't clean washroom as she mentioned that their policy for not giving drink tray for one drink to deliver order to customer, literally waste of customers money at this location especially ordering in the afternoon. And this location reopened after spending thousands of dollars in renovations and this is the condition of this restaurant. I will never recommend this location of...

I don't go to burger king much but this time was amazing. I ordered a whopper, impossible burger, fries and nuggets. The whopper was delicious and the impossible whopper tasted almost exactly like the regular one. I also asked for a water cup and sat down in the separated eating area, which was oddly calming not having a direct view like of the counter. The floors were spotless, and the seats and windows were amazing. I enjoyed my meal without any employees bothering me. The nuggets like any BK were awful. But instead of tasting like cardboard like they usually do, they tasted like really low quality chicken with a bad aftertaste with was amazing. The staff were knowledgeable, like any fast food place theres always the one person that's bad at their job and should be fired. After I was done my meal I came up to the counter to get a bag. A woman looked at me, stared, then turned around and walked away. But another lady who was doing a drive through order grabbed a bag for me without me even asking, so she...

Not a good experience. Food was ok. Service was average. Building is showing its age. But the most negative thing was the ladies (adults, not teenagers) behind the counter. Wow, they talk and complain a lot. While we sat and ate away from the counter, I heard them complaining about drive-thru customers - not opening their window enough, smoking and how one particular customer wanted the order to be cheaper than what it was. I also heard about one worker complaining her kids wanted her to order in pizza at home but the kids didn't want to use there own money, and the worker didn't want to use her money so she no, and complained the kids don't realize how much groceries cost. Ok, you get the point. They never stopped talking (loudly) for the entire 20 minutes we were there. Very bothersome...
